  1. extension for B-2 visa? not needed because i-485 will give ur parents in law basis to stay in the US ( pending case)

  4. Fire that lawyer. Most of the time u don’t need to hire lawyer for k1 especially if you have all copies of ur k1 submission, u already know what to do. Now to get the money back ? That one is tricky, guess u can file small claim court but just don’t put ur high hope up.

  13. u definitely dont need to go since u asked not to continue n-400. it doesnt matter between the wording of withdrawn and cancelled. USCIS only have generic template and can't customize the wording
  14. just hang in there, dallas is a busy FO. 60 days is just standard template but its not given in USCIS world
  15. there's no timeline for RFE response. it can be days, weeks, months. where did you send the RFE? service center or field office? it can make a big difference depend on ur answer. if still in service center, just stay put and wait for ur case to be pick up again and if no issue u will be in queue for interview if it's in field office, u probably almost there ( in queue)
