Here is what @Luckycuds is requesting you do.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

    Thanks

I photo copied my passport stamped pages and sent them in with my passport bio info/picture as well. We also sent in hotel receipts, pictures of us together in Cebu. Copies of our video chats, and messages. Also sent in pictures of me with her family members too

They should have stamped the passport as they came into the US, however it should be on file too, the I-94 record shows admission and departure of the United States, did you include this? You can get an online copy here, I'm not sure for your trips to London though!

Hope all the info you sent was enough for them, certainly seems proof to me from photos and sitting next to each other with statements!

You can include anything you want as secondary or supplemental evidence.   There is however required evidence that if not included will cause the petition to be denied,  no matter how much of this other evidence is included.   Its best to be concentrate and be confident that you have hit all the uscis requirements.   Quality not quantity

The I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) instructions include a checklist of what they are expecting as evidence. It doesn't include, pictures, chat logs, wedding plans, receipts for rings, receipts for wedding dress, it doesn't ask for financial support evidence, it doesn't ask for receipts from your dog's latest shampoo or your NRA membership card nada, zip and zero.

Just a letter of intent and evidence that you met within the last 2 years prior to your submittal.

Read the instructions and use the checklist.

I also went the minimalist approach. We provided the required documents, our signed letters of intent, and 2 photos. Ok, so it's not the bare minimum but it's pretty close. The entire packet was around 12 pages IIRC.
    Quality >> quantity

The I-134 is not reviewed at the USCIS stage. The content on it would be expired / n longer relevant by the time of the interview.
Keep in mind the validity period of the CENOMAR and NBI clearances are 1 year.

Side note: Your timeline is incorrect. Your case was never at Texas (TSC). Texas only has the lockbox that takes in the I-129F and assigns it to a service center (the lockbox is not TSC). I-129Fs are initially assigned to CSC. TSC does not handle I-129Fs for a fiance/fiancee.
The NOA1 lists the assigned service center in the lower left corner. Also, if it receipt number starts with "WAC" then it's assigned to CSC.

I always thought you would get 'points' for style and organization. But scanning many threads concerning -129F applicants, advice fell on the side of papers only! So as advised, I sent an introduction letter and right behind it a 'Table Of Contents' sheet outlining what the package consisted of. That seemed to be the conventional wisdom and I prefer to do things only once! Good luck to you!

Another post here on VJ today with this same question and their binder of photos and other evidence was returned.  So I guess it depends on the USCIS location you sent your petition to.  They prefer single 8.5" x 11" pages so that they can easily scan them.

We burned the binder and marked your record "problem child".  Just kidding.

They will remove the contents from the binder and destroy it. They will scan your documents that are needed into your file. You'll be ok.

I did it exactly like you, in a binder, because of youtube videos I watched as well. Personally I had no problem and got accepted the whole way through, just waiting on a new interview date now. BUT that is just my personal experience.

Here is a image of my AOS package before I sent it. Assemble your I-129F the same way, just won't have as many sections.

I'm pretty sure there's a note on the USCIS web site about not sending explicit pictures, and I can't think it's there for no reason ...

This reminds me of the couple who wanted to send a photo of them together on the bed with her only wearing her bra and panties .  I am sure that would qualify.

Thank you! And ya, we considered the CR-1 for all of the reasons you mentioned. The biggest reason we decided to go with the K-1 is that we'd rather be separated during an engagement rather than while we are married. The CR-1 would require us to be separated after the wedding, and that would be miserable. The timeline is also a bit longer for the CR-1.

Ignore all the nonsense about which Visa is "superior" because they both have pros and cons.  Understand the differences and pick the one that is "superior" for your situation not based on other members situation.  For me, the superior Visa was the k-1 based on my situation.

It is fine.  Photos are secondary evidence.  Proving an ongoing relationship is not needed until the interview at the consulate.  You only have to show proof of having met once in the past two years, and passport stamps are better for that.  We didn't send any photos at all, and were approved after 185 days, no RFE.
