    Hi Dale,

Some things are beyond our control and we can only manage expectations.   I presume its USA to NZ.   if there are budget airlines thru Singapore, try to use it, otherwise, more facetime, app chat etc.   Chinese business class to Singapore is about $2500 RT.  Then budget Scoot from Singapore.

All of us here hope you have a expedited approval.  best wishes

Thank you.  Its nz to usa yes.  Unfortunately due to us both working and the time difference we already use what little time we have.

I'm must frustrated at the moment.  It will pass.

I hope it doesn't take another 140 days! I don't think it will, maybe they're just working on something a bit more. I hope those who experienced a transfer can chime in!

Hang in there, you'll get your NOA 2 soon!

Has to be Vermont they are the only other site that processes k1s.  Their timeline is 11 to 14 months so guess it's just time.

  3. Not happy.....

On October 21, 2019, your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by November 20, 2019

Random question....when logging into the "new" site, does everyone have to login twice and enter two text verification codes? Or is that just me?

I log in, it sends me a code, I enter it, it boots me back and tells me to log in again, sends me a second code, and then it works. Very annoying : (

I'm sure I'll get right over it the moment I stop seeing "received"!!!!

You are not alone.  Lol  seems I'm saying that alot.  But yes I have to do it twice too

It does suck to see other filers receive their NOA2 prior to 90 days, but I've seen that several May and June filers are still waiting as well.

yes may and june still waiting.  And that feeling of life being on hold doeant get easier. Cant make long term plans as you just dont know.  It is frustrating.  All I suggest is try not to think on it too much.  Focus on the little things and the good in the day and if all else fails.  Throw yourself into work.  Lol

For the first time since last night I did something I haven’t done during this entire process which has been to constantly check. I’ve been fortunate to visit my fiancé twice (August & September & returning in 3.5 weeks) after submitting the petition...

last night I read someone write that they checked petitions on the site with numbers before and after theirs...  so I did the same (bad idea!!) and the petition number before mine was showing on the site as “case has been received” and the one after mine was approved on Oct 9th ....and today at work... the one before mine was approved today... I was truly bummed.. bummed because the petitions before and after mine were approved and mine was sitting at “received” .... then I had to remind myself that I’ve been patient this long and perhaps the anticipation of it perhaps being this week truly got to me..  I told myself that I’d be patient and enjoy the process and the past 2 days have been  torture with my constant website checking ... I just need to remind myself that we will receive it...  ok vent over lol..

I would really suggest not doing that.  As it wont be any help.  We all go thru at different stages.  I know how frustrating it is but that may merely add to the low feelings
