For every one case here there is probably 500 cases being processed we dont hear about.  So as much as it is hard not seeing results here there are probably other results.

Dale, did it say why?

Just that it is standard processing practise and vermont now has jurisdiction.  They will notice us within processing time on a decision or if they require more information.  

So I will see if there is another transfer letter in the next couple days.  Otherwise vermont processing time is 11 - 15 months.  

Got the first transfer letter.  It's in vermont.  Dated the 21st.  I dont know if we will get another transfer letter

Update.

As you all know I got case update via apps on the 21st saying case transferred.  

Just checked new website that states case was transferred again on the 22nd.

Nothing in the mail. So dont know anything more or where case now is.

I do agree.  I do follow and am generally positive and understand.  But when ones case is I dont know where it provides a little shaky
