Sooo.. what is exactly gonna happen once we get off the plane? I know about the envelopes.. not to open them .. but are they gonna do another interview? It‘s probably different everywhere.. my aunt moved to Florida she said she was out within 10 minutes.. Who can give me some details?

They asked Mary her new address and phone number and if she paid the Green Card fee.  Lots of time looking at their computer and putting the stamp on the visa.   Our crossing was land.  Took about 20 to 30 minutes. Only one agent working there also handling other crossers.
 
At airport I'd still recommend a 4 hour layover.  I travel thru LAX all the time and sometimes they get slammed.

No interview..Just handing of envelope at Port of Entry..and that's it. Welcome to the U S of A.

Karry- I agree 1000% Thank you so much for your support. It is frustrating. Maybe it isn't the case for all but our lives are on hold until we get through this process. It is a waiting game but we also have to put on hold our plans and dreams just to see if someone behind a glass window thinks we are deserving or not. 

I can totally understand you. This process is really nerve wrecking. All you want is to be done with it. There is no one really to talk to and you‘re pretty much on you‘re own. The people here should watch out for one another. Support and build each other up since this is really frustrating. It‘s said pretty fast and easy that you JUST HAVE TO WAIT... it is hard to go through when you don‘t know if this is the end or if they come around wanting something else.. and if so, when. I wish you the best of luck!

Misrepresentation is a potential ban.  The CO is professional and you can call it what you want but they only see it as not being the truth.  This isn't a game.  It should be taken seriously.

Exactly.. they have worked hard for everything they have now. The joint sponsor is my husbands sister i know her but still. They are willing to do it but only if this is the only way we get the visa. I am thankful that she‘s going to do it and i won‘t put any pressure on her.Everybody seems to think it is easy to find a joint sponsor but this could become a huge burden for that person willing to joint sponsor.  If i get the paperwork after the interview, than this is how it is...

I am too but i do accept their wish.

Lol.. it is not easy to find someone that is financially responsible for another human being.. i would never do that for anyone. 
 
As i said it is not requested yet and i do understand that the joint sponsor doesn‘t want me to see their whole financial situation. 
 
If it is really needed they will tho.
 
but that was not my question. My question was how much time is given to turn in the paperwork. Please only answer the question if you know it. I don‘t need to find another joint sponsor.
