  1. We included copies of wills and living wills. Do you have either of those? We also included an affidavit from my husband's parents stating that we lived with them for a while, purely to fill in a date gap as we were between military stations at the time. Hope this helps!
  2. Permission to stay and the length of that stay will be determined by the CBP officer on arrival. ESTA does not guarantee entry to the USA.
  3. Just wondering, is there any reason why you are considering an online marriage without meeting? Who suggested it? Would your girlfriend consider moving to Nigeria? My husband was a lieutenant colonel in the US army when we met and he had no problem taking time off to meet. In fact we met several times before we met, we even took a vacation together, before we decided to get married.
  4. I filed my ROC while on government orders in Germany. I went on post to do a fingerprint card which I submitted with the paperwork instead of attending a biometrics appointment. Paperwork still had to be submitted to the US. My new green card was sent to my APO address in Germany, As for an actual ROC interview I was not called for one and the application was approved with no RFE. Good luck!
  5. The guy is wrong. You have a green card. The fact that you adjusted from a B2 is nether relevant nor any of his business.
  6. If you marry and then divorce you're more likely to get screwed financially in a divorce court than USCIS chasing you for money over the I-864
