Fogi got a reaction from J&S12 in October 2019 K-1 NOA2 to NVC to EMBASSY
My Fiance had her interview on the 14th, visa issued on the 15th. I can confirm, things are moving quickly at USEM right now. Of course all cases are different. Our evidence was very strong (a child).

Fogi got a reaction from NataBubu in October 2019 K-1 NOA2 to NVC to EMBASSY
Our Visa approved today, timeline updated. We've been together 5 years and have a kid. It was never really in doubt.
Did not ask for 134 or any proof of ongoing relationship. They only asked her about her past, she was previously married, nothing about me or the kid. Between the pre-screening and actual interview, added up to less than 5 minutes.
Thanks to all that answers any of my questions or read my blabbing on other topics. I'll be back at the next step to annoy some more.

How much does she make, this is another red flag. Engaged people know each others wages.

Fogi got a reaction from 90DayFinancier in 2 Proud Boys Sentenced to 4 Years in Brawl With Anti-Fascists at Republican Club
Proud boys, emphasis on the boys, is just a group of incels that need jobs. Similar to antifa in that regard. The two groups do have that common ground.

Little know fact about Americans, we've all been married and lie about it. It's as American as apple pie.

Fogi reacted to Hank_ in Which airport?
Nope you don't misremember, you can take the walkway that goes through that grass area and enters right into the gateways. I use to fly Hawaiian all the time
You clear immigration, then go to baggage claim .. then customs

Fogi reacted to payxibka in Which airport?
Everyone gets re-screened by TSA, US airports do not maintain a sterile environment for incoming international passengers

Fogi got a reaction from Hank_ in report of birth update and question
It's good to have a kid with a unique name in the Philippines because of NBI/background issues. I have a buddy there named after a pope, with a kind of common last name. Background checks are always a pain for him.

Fogi reacted to Hank_ in Birth certificate of K1 Visa petitioner
The instructions for the I-129F use to state - copy of both sides, it no longer states that.

Fogi got a reaction from Hank_ in CRBA with US Passport; What other requirements for travel to US?
Hank already laid out what to do. Been through it. Get the PH Passport for your son. It's cheap and quick. The ECC can be expensive because the Philippines will look at him like he is a foreigner that overstayed. You'll end up paying penalties on top of the cost for the visas for each month since his birth, plus the cost of ECC clearance. Not to mention the time cost of that. I've had to get ECC three times for myself.
If you then want to bring your son out of the Philippines without your fiance, there is another step. You'll need a DSWD travel clearance. Sounds like you won't need that, just letting you know that you can.

Fogi got a reaction from Hank_ in USEM recalled all visas issued frm oct 7-10
In other threads and places on the web, people in Manila are reporting they are still receiving their visas. Whatever the issue is, is not affecting everyone.

Fogi got a reaction from jm302music in Manila Hotel Suggestions
During the week it's around $50. I didn't realize it was so inexpensive. I stayed there two nights on a weekend. Quiet and easy to get to. Ocean Park, Rizal Park, Intramurus all within walking distance. If you like malling, Robinson Manila is less than 100 php grab away. i recommend to everyone. They should comp me a room.
