If you mean can she get approved for a tourist visa (or another type of visa) at a later date, then yes it's possible if she can convince the CO of compelling reasons to return to her home country...having been sponsored by you in the past doesn't make her automatically ineligible for another type of visa, or being petitioned for another spousal visa by someone else (especially since it's been more than a year now).

There's nothing you can do to stop her from entering the US by legal means, if she holds a valid visa.  No one person holds the keys to the country.

    I am stunned.

You are a GUEST in the US. You get involved with ILLEGAL DRUGS and are complaining about legal fees. They are just the beginning of your problems.

It was NOT a "mistake" but a conscious decision to violate the law.  You deserve the maximum punishment and to be deported and banned for drugs  which is a serious matter for immigration benefits.

I hope your employer is also aware of your illegal acts.

My advice is to return to your home country where you can do all the drugs you want.

I’ve mentioned this already.  I do love her and we do plan to have children together.

SMH. This is an absurd conclusion, IMO. You felt that she and her family scammed you?  Did her family come, too?  Was she able to stay after accusing you of abuse?  Obviously, the police and USCIS believed her and did not believe you. But since you “picked” a better one this time, maybe things will work out for the two of you.

I'm learning from the last time where the ones from really poor families are in it for the money and think money grows on trees in America.

That the 2nd woman is a dentist does not make her any better person. She could be using you for a GC as well, you know? Get to know her better and if all is fine then petition her for K1 or marry her and do spouse visa.

Having a child does not make any case stronger.  Only proves 2 people had sex.

This 2nd time around, I picked a lady that is from a middle class family versus the last one who was from a poor family.  The 2nd woman is also a dentist and her mom is a dentist.  I think I'm picking them better this time.

Still nothing after one year, so I submitted a request for case assistance to the CIS Ombudsman. I can't really tell if that helped - they didn't provide any useful feedback except to say that they'd contact USCIS on my behalf and a few weeks later said that USCIS had reached a decision. I like to think their involvement helped, but who knows what's going on behind the scenes? Either way, I can finally update with:

March 10 - card is being produced
March 13 - card is in the mail
March 15 - notification from USPS that a package is heading my way (never got tracking details from USCIS - just through my.usps.com)
    March 16 - card arrived!

That's a total of 426 days from POE!

Is this you asking because you want to try to jeopardize ____'s relationship with ____ thinking she might choose you and so end up being the one getting the spousal visa instead? It not going to work out as you might think and you doing that is just wrong. And an air of caution, providing false information to federal agents is illegal.....you might think your getting back at someone but have everything backfire on you instead.

Sooo.. few months ago you wanted to deport your husband because he started acting up.
Then you wanted to bring his family (and said kids) on tourist visa.
And now you wanted to adopt those kids (which btw, isn't happening when their parents are alive).

So it kind of looks like your husband family is pretty desperate to get to the US and they might think they can immigrate through those adopted kids?

The I-601 waiver can take longer for certain people due to whatever reason. Mine took a little over 13 months. Filled (through a lawyer) on August 2016 got an approval on December 21 2017. And I can tell you this my case was by far not an easy one. I went into this whole process EXPECTING THE WORST and kinda hoping for the best. And in the end worked out for the best. It is expected that certain applications will be put through additional scrutiny by the immigration officials for one reason or another and thats okay.....it does not necessarily mean a refusal. Just be patient and hope for the best.

Thank you. The timeline from when my I-130 was approved till doing my biometrics and filling the DS-260 was 6 long years. Add another 1 1/2 years to get an interview at the embassy. It was hell waiting and frustrating, regardless waited patiently, never called USCIS once, and just waited for them to do their due diligence. Majority of people go through the same excruciatingly long waiting period....he makes it sound like he is the exception and the process should be changed or amended to fit his timeline expectation. pfft!

No, you will not have to pay child support for a kid that is not yours. Also, and this is important, if your sure that the baby is not your DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SIGN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Because if you do yet claim that the child is not yours, then the court will still view the child as LEGALLY yours.

First of all it is understandable that words don't have meaning without context also words have different meanings within different communities. Take that word redneck, you say it is a racially beaming word but you will hear it used more often by the whites living in rural areas in the south as well as the word white trash. They don't use this word among themselves because they are derogatory against themselves. To them that word redneck has a different meaning is if a black person was to use it. So the same goes with the N-word or the word fa***t among the gay community.

We all know and understand that regardless of how we see, understand, or view certain words that it is normal actually for certain groups of people to use the words that are derogatory in an ironic fashion. So why is their so much hand ringing when black people do it?

I have a lot of gay friends and whenever we are out and about I will often hear them use the term fa***t a lot but I personally don't join in and use the word. Just like when I was in a Biology group project in college and one of my partners introduced his friends as my red neck buddy, I didn't then refer to that individual as a red neck. And most importantly I would never have the desire to do so. Its really that simple.

As complicated as you want to make it, their is really a lot to be learned from refraining.
