Probably not, since you're not immigrating.

You're just visiting.

Can they question you why you're coming back to the US again so soon? Sure, they can. Can they refuse you entry for whatever reason? Yep.

How long would your next trip be? And is your wife traveling with you?

CBP officers look at multiple factors when determining admission eligibility.

Usually the first question is purpose of visit and length of intended stay. Answer those, and CBP takes care of the rest.

Spending just 10 days could be scrutinized.

Travelling on vacation without your wife - that's odd and may cause scrutiny.

The one one thing you need to remember is that no entry into the USA is ever guaranteed except to US citizens.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

I personally find it odd that OP is asking such questions, it never occurred to me to worry on any of my B visa trips.

by the way isn’t your cousin’s brother also your cousin...?!

To be fair I traveled spouse-less for leisure for family stuff a couple of times too, I just happened to have a lot more vacation time than my husband back in the “old country”

Agreed. I am going back to England without my husband for a week later this year, but he has a permanent ban from the UK so it's a slightly different matter... yes there are cases where it's genuine. Hence my use of "may cause scrutiny".

Some languages translate cousin to cousin brother or some other form of brother/sister. he probably just means his cousin.
