You file the I-864, but your income will  not count.  Your father  files the I-864 and provides his income taxes or assets.   The I-864 will show your spouse but not you being sponsored.  Your mother files an I-864A as a household member.  USCIS cares that there is a sponsor for him.   You are on your own

There are no cosponsors in a spousal visa.  Only Joint Sponsors and household members.

It is common when a petition is a USC but has not met the residency requirements to transmit citizenship to the CHILD (via a CRBA).  Op has to have 5 years of residency, 2 of which after the age of 14 in order to transmit citizenship.   OP files for the IR2, supplies NVC with I-864w and child does medical, biometrics and interview.

I help do a couple dozen of these a year when a Mexican has dual citizenship and wants to immigrate with a child and wife.

The appointment is scheduled by email.   It is helpful, but not required, for the father to be there.  I've seen them done very quickly.  Passport depends on the consulate.   Ciudad Juarez is very fast.  I'd expect that Manila to be fast too.   SSN can be dome stateside.

If his assets exceed 3x the annual amount in I-864P (for 2 people) you should be fine.

I'd just filing them and make a copy for USCIS.  No need for a cover letter addressing that.

EIther is doable.   If you go the ESTA route make sure there is no overstay.

You could also live in New Zealand and file a spousal visa and make her life in the US easier when she arrives.

Yeah I'm sorta wrong the way I said it.   11 to 14.5 USCIS - then NVC /Consulate running about 12 + months.  And hopefully the Visa Bulletin does not change.

If you select a B1 DOS will go into more detail about your work.   People that work for companies and need a B1 are far more less likely to overstay than someone who is entering on a B2 and planning to overstay.

The applicant has to prove to DOS that they do not have immigrant intent.

If your parents have visa stamps that does show they have returned home.

Have you ever wondered why Pakistani citizens have visa-free or visa on arrival access to only 31 countries and territories? (Only Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan have “worse” passports on the Henley Passport Ranking - https://www.henleypassportindex.com/assets/2020/Q1/HENLEY PASSPORT INDEX 2020 Q1 INFOGRAPHIC GLOBAL RANKING_191219.pdf ) All while Pakistan is the 5th most populous country. Or wonder why consulates do not accept Pakistani Police Certificates?  Ever wonder why the US Non-immigrant Visa Fees are so high?

I was relayed this story from very good friend I know and trust that I have worked many NGO projects with:

The issue in Pakistan is that decades ago Pakistan decided not to modernize it's internal record keeping nor institute security controls on it's documents.  Unfortunately this has led to the inability for Pakistan and any other country to rely on the authenticity of many documents issued from Pakistan. Need a birth certificate or old passport from Pakistan?   He visited a friend's house in Virginia. The friend is a retired State Department Foreign Service Officer. He has a wall with 20 or more birth certificates issued in his daughters name with various birth dates. Some of them are quite beautiful.  They are all “certified” as true and correct. None of them are. His daughter wasn't even born there. In fact he only had a son. . .

So every document has to be checked for its veracity in many cases by hand and in person.

It is not just an issue for the US but atleast the US will do the heavy lifting once a VISA interview has occurred. Other countries refuse outright.  That same retired FSO that actual cost to process a Pakistani visa is probably now 20 to 30 times higher than what is charged to the applicant.  That isn't really fair for all of the US Visa Applicants Worldwide who pay for the self funded Visa services of the US Consulates.

It won't be denied.  Things happen at medicals all the time.   Just results being delayed is not a major thing.  I friend has his wife's medical delayed because the clinic uploaded someone else's results.   Took a week to straighten out.

Yes copies for each form.   They do  not necessarily get processed together.

Cover letter - for each form listing attachments is what I use.
Send updated documents if you have them.

Same as the I-131. Send it with the AOS and the fee is waived.

Applied for I-130 in Nov as I was still working overseas. Easily came back to the USA this Jan 2020 on ESTA for a 3 month trip (just said I'm here as a tourist visiting my husband) and they let me in no more then 3 questions asked. It's easy to get in and out on ESTA!!

As long as the marriage was entered into good faith by you, there is no basis to look at your citizenship.  The only issue around the divorce would be if you have enough income / assets to sponsor your parents (for USCIS) and enough to offset any public charge concerns (due to the age) of doing consular processing.

If they are here on e2 then they probably have enough assets to self sponsor and adjust.

My wife says she would love to live like it was 1959, 30 plus years before she was born. I'd enjoy it too  She doesn't have to work but wants to help support her family back in the Philippines.  She is working 2nd shift in a nursing home.  I mostly work from home and travel.   So when I'm in town I am her uBER and we take turns making breakfast.  If I have to get up early for an east coast conference call I'll toss some cinnamon or orange rolls in the oven.  Now she says she really enjoys her work and wants to get her LPN.  Maybe starting next fall.  Guess I will be working more too!  I think the 1959 ideal has sailed ship.
