I was factually and logically stating why it's very VERY unlikely for your fiancee to get flagged or even interrogated aggressively by CBP. She has a visa, which acts as proof of official permission granted by the US govt for her to enter under that particular visa status. Unless the CBP agent wants to make THEIR own life harder for themselves by questioning an official K1 visa, the agent will simply take the K1 visa as the official proof that it is and let her through. I asked the question about what a "trivia test" would accomplish to ask what logical reason a CBP agent would behave that way towards an incoming person who has the proper visa to enter.

You're way overthinking this. Unless she says something admitting to outright criminal behavior, CBP is very unlikely to flag her or harass her or react negatively towards her. She already has a K1 visa, which is proof of official permission granted to her by the US govt to enter the country under a legal status (fiancé/e of a US citizen intending to marry each other). CBP processes hundreds of thousands to millions of incoming visitors to the US every day so they don't have time to grill every person (especially one granted a proper visa). Also, what would a "trivia test" about your state accomplish? CBP understands most non-Americans coming in would not know much about USA or the state they're flying into. As stated, she just has to keep her answers clear and short and honest. 

You MUST file an I-751 package for a conditional green card.  Upon receipt, USCIS will issue you an extension letter which will extended the expiration date on the card for 24 months. It will specifically state that.   You should carry the expired green card and the extension letter. 

Call CBP "Deferred Inspection" at JFK or a nearer airport, and ask the protocol.

There’s no point getting a green card if you don’t live in the US as she’d lose it for abandoning residency anyway.
 
”privacy” huh anonymous account on a forum not private enough? Well, if you don’t give enough info people can’t help you properly. It’s possible someone here is from that country or knows people who are and if there are workarounds. Other than that, yes she will need to reapply for a new visa every time if that’s what they do for her country.  It’s not the end of the world, many people who need schengen visas have to apply for a new visa for each trip too 🤷‍♀️ 
 

They cannot come with them. One parent can apply for them when they (parent) has immigrated. It will take 2+ years 

If your card is frozen, then yes the payment will not go through and USCIS will simply return your application and it will be considered officially rejected. Wait for the application to be officially rejected. It sounds like you still have some time left in your 90 day window so I would suggest having a serious talk with your husband about your marriage. If you decide to stay together, file the joint I-751. If you guys end up divorcing while the joint I-751 is pending, you can always update it to a divorce waiver and then present the divorce decree when it's ready.

It's true that it's playing with people's emotions and lives. However, Whatsapp is a free messaging app that anybody can download and the app does not request you to submit professional and identity verification of any kind. So anybody can download it, enter whatever phone number they want to send a message and then say whatever they want in that message. Whatsapp performs zero oversight on this...so with that, it is on the users to be mindful, cautious and skeptical.

That is 100% a scam.

Log onto Tiktok and find the USCIS official account (named Ibrahim24853642). Pay 100,000 Nigerian Naira and they will expedite everything.

There is no right for you to bring a wife to t he US from a foreign county.  For some reason, that is a common misconception.

How did you get that info about the stamp being issued 30 months prior to the I-979 expiration? Was that via the phone hotline? Also you can't enter on ESTA as an LPR...ESTA is for tourism/short visit purposes only...it's not the same as being admitted with your green card. 

So you have not met in person at all??? Of course that would cause scrutiny. You can't do K1 if you have never met in person as others have pointed out. Technically, the spousal visa has no set requirement about proving you have met in person. However, what kind of law enforcement officer would believe that a married couple is in a legitimate relationship if they have never met in person or have only briefly met once?? Your priority right now should be to meet in person at least once or twice more before even filing the visa paperwork.

For AOS, you do not submit such documents. To answer your question, a lot of people don't like this route (B2 to AOS) because it's seen as the easiest way to commit fraud. I don't have exact stats but it would be interesting to know if B2 AOS cases does indeed yield the most fraud investigations. Fraud can happen under any category though. A couple years ago in Los Angeles, a local cafe shut down while a 2nd location was being built in the city. Turns out the owner had violated their investor visa (EB5, I think?) and basically misused the millions that had been given to them for the operation. Yikes!!
 
Also wanna add that there are many stories of immigration fraud with the student visa. Lots of fake schools out there that just take people's money who want a way into the US and are not actual educational institutions.

1)  There is no way to bring her here without meeting at least once, whether you choose the K-1 or the CR-1 visa.
 
2)  The process from start to finish will likely take at least two years (i.e., she will not be able to come here until some time in 2024 at the earliest).
 
3)  There is nothing fast or cheap about US immigration.  
 
4)  Expect scrutiny if you have only had one short meeting in person together.  
 

Since she has a valid green card, she will be able to board a plane to the USA. However, it will be up to CBP what to do with her since she has been away for so long.

1. 7 years outside of the USA?? As JeanneAdil said above, green card holders who are outside of the USA for 1 year and 1 day or more are considered to have abandoned their residency status. It would be slightly different if she left in 2020 and was stuck outside of the USA because of COVID. But obviously she left a long time ago and never came back. Yes of course she will be asked why she stayed that long. Be prepared for CBP to ask her a lot of questions. CBP will obviously decide whether to let her in or not. You should also be prepared for your mother to see an immigration judge if she is allowed into the USA.
 
2. If you are a US citizen and want to petition your siblings, the wait time for siblings is like 15-20+ years. Not sure if a green card holder can petition for their children...I believe there are specific rules depending on the ages of the children (under or over 21) and their marital status (married or single).
