i have made 3 applications going thru this process and each time walked in and got my IRS transcripts

You can call IRS and they will fax your transcript to you but you have to be at a fax machine to receive it while they are in the line. That is for security reasons. Hope this helps.

The problem with using 1040 and w2s is it doesnt prove you actually filed your taxes only that you filled out a paper. 
 
If you dont want to wait or cant access the site, submit what you have and if it bounces back at NVC or consulate you will have the transcripts by then anyway.

Worked fine for me. The return and the transcript both have all the information they need. So give them what you have available.

As stated above, as soon as it says PAID. Mine took 1-2 weeks in between each step/fee to clear so it varies. You can send your IV package ahead of time you don't have to wait until you complete the DS-260 as long as you have your Cover Sheet. I sent it 1 week ahead and it worked out fine.

Moroccan will do the DS 260 and USC the I 864 both online after paying the 2 fees
u can not pay thes until u have CSB2018xxxxxxx number and the 2 bills for them
at this point gather the IRS transcripts for last 3 years to be ready to submit proof of income and then try calling for case number but u still not not submit til NVC sends notice to pay the 2 bills

Call and ask to be sure whether your case is pivot or non pivot.
I got my case # after 9 weeks after NVC received it. 
Keep in mind even if they give you a case # over the phone, you will not be able to do anything on CEAC unless you receive the formal email.
No email, no action.
 
In order for you to have a successful and speedy CC you might want to check ALL the documents you need from your part and your spouse's and that info you can obtain from the NVC website.
If you notice you're missing any documents run and go get them now! I've seen a lot of people on the NVC stage taking longer than usual because they waited on the very last moment to obtain their documents, so don't do that.

The USCIS emailed me:
"We ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order received. " In the order received??? My question:
 is it possible that the Officers who are Humans with Political views, feelings, gender, nationality affiliations etc....could approve some applications before others??? 
Honestly, I am trying my hardest to come up with an explanation. True every case is different, but 3 and 5 months difference between Application A and Application B s approvals is a bit extensive.

Generally speaking, "majority" of Moroccan and MENA men marry younger women. The families have a lot of say in these choices where the young lady MUST be a VIRGIN and from a good conservative family. These days, she must be educated too.
Drinking, Smoking, Girls nights out etc... are a big giant NO. 
The regions mentioned above are poverty stricken with no future for the young Masses; Immigration to the west and America are the only way out. They die by the thousands crossing the Mediterranean in search for better lives, and the families understand and support many.
The family and friends support and understand the young Mohamed when his 17 years older bride visits; All norms are out of the window then; She can smoke in the house, drink with him and of course sleep with him in his very house next door to his mother's room. Maybe they rent an apartment. The mother and Mohamed's family ignore all of that is NOT tolerated for the sake of their son s and their future. After all, he will send US dollars back to support all. It is a sacrifice that many men chose for a much brighter future. Actually, it is a smarter and easier venture than risking being fish food crossing the Mediterranean. 3 years later, Mohamed divorces and goes back to marry his 19 year old cousin who is a Virgin, ready to bare children, serve his mother and cook and clean. 
I am not making stuff up. I have seen this very scenarios dozens of times as I have lived within immigrant communities   for over 30 years in this great country. Of course, there are exceptions here and there. But truth is above; Re-read and I hope and pray this scenario stops. But, it might not stop as we, humans, want to believe we are loved and cherished for us and not for the green Card. Some actually know the truth, but chose to ignore it and to enjoy the moment. Some might even feel they can convince him to stick around with love etc.... but children are a MUST for these men. Yes, men are victims to this epidemic too. That is another animal all together.

He wouldn't marry someone older in his country typically. Like it or not, it is a different set of rules for foreigners. A foreigner can get passes that many local women can not. Being older, having prior kids, divorces, different faith, so and so. He doesn't HAVE to, but if he was staying and marrying a LOCAL....he would, out of society and family norms.
 
You need to say 'imagine that', because imagine you knew what many of us who speak the language and have parents from these countries know. I mean this with all respect, you aren't one of us, you can't really grasp our mindset just like I can't probably 100% grasp yours.

Actually, and I'm sorry to say, the embassies already frequently generalize this based on true facts/experiences of those who came before us and the dirt they did to others to get here. There is a reason certain countries have an Everest-like climb to get a visa, any many of them are in the MENA area when it comes to male beneficiaries. 
 
Yet I'm not offended by the before statement, I'm married to a Moroccan and I'm older by 4yr, but we are still in our late 20s and early 30s. We have two kids, we share the same non-English language and faith....yet I stay telling women to be careful, so and so. I'm Moroccan American and believe me, because I'm not 100% white American, I saw the real thinking of what would happen when a local guy wants an older semi-local girl.....the family aren't generally big fans of it nor is society because its culturally abnormal.
 
My own Moroccan husband will tell anyone, see a young Moroccan man with an legit older woman, they all know what is typically up......not always, but typically.
