Not sure why it says TN visa - it must have been a a typo / incorrect submission on the website. I’m adjusting from an ESTA as stated in the title.

Hi everyone! I recently got married to my husband (USC) in New York City. It was a spontaneous decision but we didn’t want to be apart any longer and tried long distance for a while beforehand. We want to get the ball rolling on adjusting my status from a tourist to permanent resident. However we are unsure of the exact forms we need to submit and how we go about doing them. It seems some forms are submitted online and some by post. 1) What forms do I / we need to submit? I understand we should submit the I-130 and I-485 together but how and where should we do this? I also want to apply for a EAD and travel authorisation to leave the country- what are the names of those forms? Should both of us have a USCIS account online? I’m also confused about what form I need to submit for the medical exam. Some clarity on all of the above would be great! Thanks in advance
