  1. Possibly. Contact the consulate and ask if they will process your case. Do not submit an I-130 to USCIS until you know their answer.
  2. This is what my wife's reuse notice said: "U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has received your form and is currently processing your application, petition, or request. This notice informs you that USCIS is able to reuse your previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics. USCIS will run the same security checks and use your biometric data as in the past; however, it is not necessary for you to appear at a USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) for a biometrics appointment. The biometrics fee will not be refunded. USCIS is continuing to process your application, petition, or request. USCIS will contact you in writing if any additional information is necessary to resolve your case. This notice is not an approval of your pending application, petition, or request."
  3. ***Moved to the Europe & Eurasia regional forum as OP is asking about a specific consulate in Europe***
  4. Jan 6 committee allegedly suppressed testimony showing Trump admin pushed for National Guard presence: report (yahoo.com)
  5. Word on the street is that the "Jan 6 Committee" hid evidence proving that Trump called for National Guard troops to protect the Capitol.........If true, it's time for some serious consequences for the members of that kangaroo court......Can you say prison time for Raskin and Chaney?? 7. When did you send the package? Your timeline has not been updated.
  8. Same here. I can now do it in about 6 clicks...and still preserve all my other browser login data....LOL.
  9. ***I have moved this topic to the waiver forum area where similar topics are discussed*** -VJ Moderation
  10. I've gotten it 3 or 4 times again in the last couple days. I don't see a pattern. Luckily, I can now rapidly delete "the" individual browser cookie which always resolves the issue....until the next time.
  11. Citizenship and Immigration Services - Welcome to US Citizenship and Immigration Services (uscis.gov) Once you get a receipt number, you can add it.
  12. Excellent point. We had to use several sources to dig up wife's travel dates.
  13. Normal. If your check was cashed, you are fine. Your extension letter should get to you in a few weeks.
  14. Not a stupid question at all. If you are inside the US, no fingerprints and no passport photos required. Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (uscis.gov) We did wife's I-751 ourselves....no RFEs.

  16. My speculation is that they wanted you to see that your B2 was canceled (without prejudice). "Okay to Issue" looks like they just need your passport to issue the immigrant visa. Congratulations.
  17. All cases go through some form of Administrative Processing. Did you have a DS-5535?
  18. Per Visa Journey User data: Note the sample size is small.
  19. USCIS info line is called the USCIS "misinformation line" for a reason. Why would they tell someone to cancel payment on a petition which had been delivered only 2 weeks before? Man, they mess up a lot.
  20. Ask her how many people, who had a valid Advance Parole document, have been denied entry into the US. I have watched this board pretty closely for the last 8 years. I know of none that I can remember. Other members, who have been here longer, might know of cases. The whole purpose of AP is to allow re-entry. I would consider it to be extremely low risk.
  21. That is the ONLY way to leave, then re-enter the US without abandoning your adjustment of status.
