    So, she is out of status and working illegally. She is in danger of removal....and a 10 year ban if more than a year out of status. She has a very, very limited path to a Green Card.

    Meeting is a basic requirement for filing. It is there for good reason. Some have tried, but I have not seen a single successful waiver for the 2 year meeting requirement since I came here 8 years ago. You can try, but I would not expect a positive result. Personally, I would wait until he is able to travel outside the US. Good luck. I hope you can meet soon.

    After 40 months of waiting, my wife filed for citizenship. Less than 6 months later, she took the oath and became a citizen. Our I-751 was approved in the combo interview.

    The dems should have seen this coming when they put her in this position. There was intense dislike for her long ago as shown in their own polls during the 2020 primaries. Since being placed on the ticket because of things other than qualifications, Harris has not done anything to help herself overcome that dislike. Now, the dems are in a pickle. If I were the democrat leader, I would just accept the humiliating defeat which is going to occur in November, and work toward 2028.
