  1. The next question is whom Trump will select as his VP..... I think Trump and Tulsi would be unstoppable.....I also think there is no democrat in sight who can beat Trump. I just heard Tulsi say she would run on a Trump ticket.
  2. Another item added to the list of "Untrue things we were told about Covid". I hope we never see anything like that again.
  3. I've enjoyed watching the case. It has a long, long way to go.

    I wouldn't delay....
  5. Nathan Wade resigns after judge says Fani Willis and her office can stay on Trump Georgia 2020 election case if he steps aside - CBS News
  6. Fani is not out of the woods yet. She is facing a number of ethics charges, and other serious charges are headed her way. She is corrupt. I just read that Wade resigned.....LOL.
  7. Fani will stay. Her ego won't allow anything else. The Judge wimped out. Wade and Bradley are ruined....... Wade resigned...LOL.
  8. You can call USCIS. At the prompts say "infopass appointment" or "Representative"....that should connect you to a real person.
  9. I would let it ride as is. In the case that I can remember, they were processed.

  12. What country/consulate?
  13. You must change her visa category. Immigrant Visa for a Spouse of a U.S. Citizen (IR1 or CR1) (state.gov) "If You Were an LPR and Are Now a U.S. Citizen: Upgrading a Petition If you filed a petition for your spouse when you were a lawful permanent resident (LPR), and you are now a U.S. citizen, you must upgrade the petition from family second preference (F2) to immediate relative (IR). You can do this by sending proof of your U.S. citizenship to the National Visa Center (NVC). You should send: A copy of the biodata page of your U.S. passport; or A copy of your certificate of naturalization"
  14. I would not do that. USCIS will rely on the postmark to determine if the fee increases apply to a particular case.
  15. 1. As the primary sponsor, you must complete and submit an I-864, not an I-864a. 2. Your husband can file an I-864 as the Joint sponsor.
  16. What does this mean? You applied 7 months ago. I think you are not far from competition of this phase of the process. Patience is the key through the entire process. The entire journey is always pretty agonizing. Your continued participation here and your experience will be valuable to this community.
  17. ***Moved from DCF forum to the IR-1/CR-1 Process and Procedures forum as OP indicates an I-130 has been filed ***
  18. The US citizen needs to join us here. He/she has already made a mistake by filing the I-130 with USCIS. We are here to help. 1. Yes. 2. Yes. 3. Visiting via VWP is allowed, but at the discretion of CBP at the US border...but I would not stay for 90 days.
  19. ***Moved to Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, or Tourist Visas*** This concerns concurrent filing......
  20. Wife filed on Aug 7, 2022. Case remained on "actively reviewing" until November 10th, 2022.
  21. I had the same issue as I recall. I reduced the size as @Verrou suggested. You can abbreviate the best you can in that field, then go to section 8 (Additional Information) and write out the full address.

  23. Where can I find a table of denials? DOS publishes visas issued....but I have never seen a table of denied visas.
