    The next question is whom Trump will select as his VP..... I think Trump and Tulsi would be unstoppable.....I also think there is no democrat in sight who can beat Trump. I just heard Tulsi say she would run on a Trump ticket.

    Fani is not out of the woods yet. She is facing a number of ethics charges, and other serious charges are headed her way. She is corrupt. I just read that Wade resigned.....LOL.

Immigrant Visa for a Spouse of a U.S. Citizen (IR1 or CR1) (state.gov) "If You Were an LPR and Are Now a U.S. Citizen: Upgrading a Petition If you filed a petition for your spouse when you were a lawful permanent resident (LPR), and you are now a U.S. citizen, you must upgrade the petition from family second preference (F2) to immediate relative (IR). You should send: A copy of the biodata page of your U.S. passport; or A copy of your certificate of naturalization"

    I would not do that. USCIS will rely on the postmark to determine if the fee increases apply to a particular case.

    1. As the primary sponsor, you must complete and submit an I-864, not an I-864a. 2. Your husband can file an I-864 as the Joint sponsor.

    What does this mean? You applied 7 months ago. I think you are not far from competition of this phase of the process. Patience is the key through the entire process.     I had the same issue as I recall. I reduced the size as @Verrou suggested. You can abbreviate the best you can in that field, then go to section 8 (Additional Information) and write out the full address.

    Where can I find a table of denials? DOS publishes visas issued....but I have never seen a table of denied visas.
