The reviewing officer has no way to know why there's no deed on both names or why there's no joint health insurance. If you don't provide an explanation, they will just assume things. 
 
If you feel there are details that might sound "off", just omit them. 
For instance, regarding the house ownership, you can simply say that you both decided not to add him to the deed. 
 

My guess is that you're sending more evidence than when you first submitted, correct? 
 
I would recommend you including a letter explaining what you just explained in this post, so they understand why those documents they consider as strong evidence, are not in your packet.

I am advocating the same thing - pack the kiddo and make it an adventure.  You cannot miss an ROC interview and they are not going to make the baby wait outside either.  I do agree with sending her in first.  Good luck 👍
 
 
 

That's what I was thinking of doing. I know I have to be there due to it being a combo interview. So I'll probably call and ask and go from there.

It isn't a couple of hours. We live over 5 hours away from the immigration office each way. Since you don't know the entire story I'd appreciate you not trying to tell me how to parent my child! My wife is not going to be relaxed if she's worrying about my son, which she will if he's not with one of us. My wife is a stay at home mom, he doesn't have to get used to anything. My wife chooses to stay home with our son. I will dictate how my son is raised not you!

06/18/2020 - N-400 Application submitted online. Estimated Case completion time - 6 months (Dec 2020)
06/19/2020 - Receipt notice posted in my online account
12/31/2020 - Biometric Appt notice received.
1/29/2021 - Biometric taken at Application Support Center. Only two fingers were fingerprinted. Photo and signature captured.
2/1/2021 - Status changed to "We are actively reviewing your Form N-400"
2/3/2021 - Status changed to "Interview Was Scheduled".
2/4/2021 - Interview letter was uploaded to the online account.
3/9/2021 -  Attended the interview and passed it
3/10/2021 - Oath ceremony scheduled for 03/24/21 and the notice was uploaded to the online account. 
3/24/2021 - Oath ceremony completed and received the Naturalization certificate
 
The ceremony was pretty straight forward.

I have my interview this afternoon, I-751 is still pending and no indication if it will be a combo or not.

File I-751 with all supporting documentation and a letter explaining why you filed late. Seven months is pretty long, but because of COVID, I think they're being more lenient than usual. They're likely to accept the application and send you the extension letter. You're not the only one that this has happened to but the GC's expiration date was right there.

I couldn’t work out if maybe the Chinese fiancé is the same person who had the interview in Vietnam the other day (she may have moved?) but the timeline suggests otherwise. The marriage to the first Chinese woman (before the 2019 fiancé) was, by the OP’s own admission, “short”. I’m beginning to see why the embassy is wanting info and timelines on exes. 

I thought there was a 2 year waiting period between applying for a new K1 ?
so,  OP should answer this post as it looks like he had a K1 Chinese fiancee in  2019 ,  met and visited a new one 2 times since then and now has applied a new application (but only looks like that from his posts with no timeline)

Is the stamp still valid or did it expire as well?  I think the biggest challenge will be convincing an airline to actually allow you on a plane to the US with an expired CGC, expired extension letter and expired I551 stamp.

I think Ricardo is right. The only way you’re going to know is if you try go back. I personally wouldn’t have high hopes but yeah maybe you’ll find a nice CBP officer. If you are referred to an immigration judge to hear your case that could take a couple of years in limbo. (I presume you have been filing tax returns etc to try help maintain residence while living abroad.)
 
I’d also think about getting a second legal opinion from someone else who doesn’t think 3.5 years to remove conditions is normal, because it isn’t.

It sounds like there was no card produced because it never reached that stage. If your son incorrectly received a 2 year card, you must submit an I-90 and the old card to have it corrected.
 
You correctly received a 10 year card correct?  If so, your son should have also received a 10 year card....as stated by @NikLR

Well, with respect, you weren’t there so you don’t know for sure what was said and it’s likely your fiancé was so upset that she misunderstood things. 
 
Was this Air France? Sounds like it must have been if she was transiting in Paris. In that case, what he likely said was that he can’t get her to the US on the inventory available to him because the only flights his airline operates are ones that go through France. He wouldn’t be able to help her with a flight via Turkey or UAE. I work for an airline and I’ve worked the check in desk and I’ve had to deny people boarding. It’s always a very tense and emotional time and often I would hear the passenger relay the story to someone else and completely change l, misunderstand or exaggerate what was said/the reasons why. 
 
Be glad, although it’s hard to see some positive here, that it was spotted before she left Tunisia. There was a thread recently where the poster’s mother tried to transit in Europe and was then stranded in Europe with no way to get to the US and also needing to quarantine before attempting to travel again because she had stepped into a country that is on the “banned list”, even for only a few hours. 

Hey Everyone! I didn't see a topic already for June 2020 N-400 Filers so I made one  We will be filing middle of this month!

I would, but my box of meaningless form letters from people who don't care about me is already full so I don't have room for any more.

I really wouldn't use any USCIS processing time as a guide until things get back to a "normal" and after the summer break / layoffs / furloughs USCIS may be taking.

It's possible that they recently found they still had cases THAT OLD, and decided to finally work on them. 
When it comes to processing times, they use the oldest case they're working on to calculate. It does not mean every case will take that long.

They don't want a photobook.  It can not be scanned by the contractor.  If photos were important to you then you would have scanned them and printed them on a standard sheet of paper.
