Does your asawa have any type of cable or direct tv? I had cable when my wife got here and I immediately got TFC for her, and then later GMA was made available as well. She watches TFC alot due to the great shows, even I watch it as well because a large amount of the shows have English subtitles so I can follow what is going on.  There is a TFC device you can buy and hook up through your internet. I will try and find it for you right now.

Also my Asawa likes GMA because they have 3 regional news shows: 24 Oras for Mindanao, Balitang Bisdak for Visayas, and Balitang Aminan for Luzon.

Do a Google search for PI shows. Also search on "Philippines TV shows" streaming. Also search through YouTube as there are recorded shows.

My wife has a favorite show she watches every night. Found by doing one of searches I recommended above.

Get a re entry permit to be in the safe side. You may extend your travel. It will only take one to two months or may less to get biometric appointment. Once you get the biometric appointment, do the biometric then you will receive the re entry permit or ask them to mail it oversee to the nearest US embassy.

Usually re entry permit for people who will go abroad for one year or more.

Theoretically you should be fine, just expect scrutiny at the border after POE. This will affect her domicile come time for naturalization, she may need to wait longer to file for such.

She may lose her GC status if she's out of the US for that long. Bad plan if you want to keep the GC.

Backpackers reacted to EandH0904 in Bf was not admitted 212(a)(7)(i)(I)
Intending Immigrant [INA § 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I)] – This is the most common ground of inadmissibility applied under INA § 212(a)(7).  Any foreign national who seeks to enter the U.S. and remain here permanently, or who is suspected of seeking to enter the U.S. and remain here permanently, but who does not have the proper documents to demonstrate that s/he has authorization to do so, is inadmissible.
so it looks like the statute with which he was denied admission, intending to remain here permanently, is exactly what you stated you were intending for him to do. Marry him while he's here and adjust his status.

Renember its visa fraud to come here with the wrong visa, and it makes it that much harder for us who are doing it legally. No one likes being separated from their loved ones. It's difficult for all of us.

So if you are ready to go there and get married that's probably in your best interest to do them file CR1.

If your wife is in your house when your children are there one more time, then not letting you see your children again is a very wise move by the ex. At least one of the children's parents is trying to keep them safe, big applause to her.

This is just one step in the whole process. Wait until AP after the interview, thats when people lose their minds.

If you can't get specifics through general posts or searching here on VJ. Try sending personal message to some other Tunisia members. Each country works a little bit different so they are the ones who will have the best knowledge.

I just want to express my sorrow for what you are going thru.  I truly hope you can get to the bottom of what really happened.  Please proceed forward with your eyes wide open and go with what your gut tells you.  When our hearts are involved, we need to step back and look at the whole picture from a different perspective.  Wishing you the best!

No, that date means you have until then to marry. If you have not been married by that date in your passport, you can not adjust status and you will be required to leave the country and start over with CR-1.
AOS has nothing to do with your K-1 visa when it comes it the use of it. You use the K1 to enter the United States and it'll allow you 90 days to marry (and adjust if preferred). There are a lot of people who wait years to adjust due financial reasons or they just take it easy. AOS is NOT required within 90 days but preferred because you will be in-status.

To show you our timeline; we send it off in October, the 14th. Delivered the 17th. Cash was checked on Oct 30th and NOA1's came in November 5, biometrics letter came in five days afterwards. Give it some time or call the 1-800 line when worried.

    Here is some extra explaining;

I came here on a K1 visa too. The expiration date on it means you have until that date to enter the US, otherwise it'll be invalid to use. K1 is a one-way entry and is invalid after your entry in the US. It gives you 90 days to marry. The preferable way is to marry and adjust within that time frame. But not a necessity.
