Received the letter today and the interview date is December 4th..time to start reading up on the list of questions! 

I just got a notification from USCIS that my interview has been scheduled 
Estimated completion time was showing July 2020 so I was really bummed out for a while.

I would just re-file the N-400. 
You were denied on the basis of eligibility, a hearing via N-336 will net you the same outcome as your initial interview.
 

This is bad.  They will (try to) retroactively void all subsequent immigration benefits making your US presence illegal from the time you arrived.  Previous advice was correct.  You definitely need legal representation.  The good news is that you are likely to win but you're in for a bit of a fight through immigration court.

For the sake of anonymity I have created a new account with the hopes of sharing my current situation and possibly helping someone else. I am an active member on here and do not and will not share any personal details so do not ask because I am not sharing, all I will say is that he is from a high fraud country.

I caught my husband talking to women and on dating sites, he has displayed countless times that when we are okay he is faithful, when we have a disagreement or argument he flies to open a dating app and starts talking to others. I didn't want to believe that he was just in it for a green card but I should've gone with what was being shown to me. He showed me that he was ungrateful, disrespectful and childish yet I chose to continue, I am a beautiful woman so for those people always talking about red flag this or that, I am young and good looking with a great job and personality. He put up the best of farces to get what he ultimately wanted. I have now cut the cord and moving forward, I am not a weak person and do not accept BS, this is cut with no return. Hoping that you ladies open your eyes to the signs and if it doesn't feel right is because it isn't.

A RFE for a new medical after the interview was enough time for my marriage to go past 2 years and was issued a 10 year GC.
I consider it as a blessing in disguise.

it seems like you blazed through the naturalization process, hoping to do the same.

Israelis too - lots of them in shopping malls selling Dead Sea lotions. 

Id be really surprised if they approve you on the spot and a GC is promptly mailed. I remember some of what you posted previously. Im not sure if I told you this last time but once a NTA is issued and you are entered into the court system you have to 'complete' what ever is necessary to get out of the court system. 
 
So a NTA was issued after you filed another AOS packet. If the NTA was issued before you filed the second packet the second packet probably wouldnt have gotten accepted and processed up to the point where an interview is scheduled. When you are in court proceedings you usually need permission to file another AOS and the judge can even adjudicate it or refer it back to USCIS. So IMO they will tell you at the interview because you are in removal proceedings they cant do anything. You will then have to wait for your court appearance next year and may have to even have several appearances and may even have to pay to refile AOS again if this last AOS is denied rather then held. The courts are very slow and backlogged. You probably wont be done with the court for many years.

Even though USCIS might tell you that EAD processing takes 90 days AFTER the RFE response has been received, the pattern seems to reflect that MOST applicants are still approved well before the 90 day mark.
If you take a look at my timeline, I got my approval in about 3 weeks after they notified me of the RFE response.
I hope your approval comes in a timely manner.
