N-400 Denied

My N-400 is denied with following reason

" On date you filed form N-400, your spouse had been citizen for less then 3 Years. At that time your spouse had been citizen for approx. 2 years 11 month".

:) Short by 10/15 days.

Civic test etc was passed. I can submit request for hearing (form-336) within 30 days.

 

Any recommendation to re-apply vs submit form-336 for hearing. My spouse is US citizen since March, 2015.

I would just re-file the N-400. 

You were denied on the basis of eligibility, a hearing via N-336 will net you the same outcome as your initial interview.
