Hey guys,
I had my naturalization ceremony today at the Roseville’s Skating Center. My letter for the oath stated that I should be there at 9:00am. I arrived at 8:45am and was seated. It took another 1hr 15mins waiting for the ceremony to start. Overall, the ceremony was great. We had people from 55 countries. The total number of naturalized citizens were 99. Finally, I am officially a United State Citizen. It’s a long journey,  but it’s over! Wishing you all the best of luck with your process.

Sorry to hear that you weren’t aware that you needed to have an I-751 interview. Sometimes the interview is waved. Other times, you have to attend an interview if your are requested to do one. If you are having a combo interview, it’s always advisable  to carry recents documents showing that you guys are still having shared finances and or property in both of you names. For the N400 letter,  it clearly says, “
If copies of a document were submitted as evidence with your N400 application, the originals of those documents should be brought to the interview”. Sometimes the person adjudicating your case might want to verify certain documents, therefore, having them handy wouldn’t result to RFE.

I had my N-400 interview today, and it was really fast and straightforward. I was scheduled for my interview at around 1:30pm. I arrived at the appointment exactly 1pm. I went through security and was scanned  and instructed to check-in at the front desk. When I went to the front desk, I was instructed to look at the canera for my picture to be taken. After my picture was taken, I was given a number and told to sit anywhere until my number is called. After sitting for 15mins, the IO called my number and I met him at the door. He confirmed my number and asked me to follow him to his office. In his office, he told me to raise my right hand and promise to say the truth during the interview. After promising  to say the truth, he instructed me to sit and he went straight into the civics questions. I answered the first six questions asked and he told me that I passed the civics test. He then instructed me to read a sentence and also write a sentence which I did with ease. After that, we went over my n400 application asking me all the questions intially answered in order to confirm my answers. He updated my application based on some information that have changed since I submitted my application. After the interview, he told me that he was recommending my application for approval. Within minutes, my case updated with status saying that I am in line for an oath ceremony. Overall, I had a great experience and hope other do have similar experience. Everyone I interacted with today were very nice. Even the security officer at the entrance didn’t even bother looking at my appointment letter. He asked me to show him my appointment letter but I had it in the midst of a lot of other documents and couldn’t locate it so easily so he told me to just go and have myself scanned. I carried a lot of additional evidence but the interviewing officer didn’t even request for any. I hope everyone have a very good experience with their interview.

From my personal experience, USCIS  normally look at your tax return documents to determine your family size. Do you have any dependent listed on your tax return beside you two?

Does your husband have a state or driver license? I assume one of  those count as a form of ID. If I were your husband, I will carry the I-551 and a photocopy of the expired GC. Also if you have the extension letter, let him carry it to the interview as well.

I had the thought that this marriage was for lifetime, but now, my whole life has been shattered by this cheating not only with one guy but numerous guys. I have gone days without eating because I can't believe that she could do something so betraying to me. I am just crying all day asking why did she do this. After I asked why she was chatting and meeting with numerous guys, all she could tell me was she was looking for attention. Up until now she still denies sleeping with any of the guys she met.  Moreover, after all the evidence regarding the conversation of meeting and having sex, she is still denying it. She and some of her boyfriends even played mockery out of me during their conversations. She told numerous of the guys in her conversation that she still loves them and wants to be with them. She went further by tearing me apart saying that she married the wrong person. I have been nothing, but a good guy to this lady. I have been providing for she and her kids since we have been together. I don't have a kid and both of us haven't been lucky to a kid together. I pay all the bills and do everything she request of me but this whole situation is killing me. I feel like a ####### and have been played. I told her if she believes she hasn't slept with any of these guys since we married, she should take a lie detector test. I told her that I don't trust her anymore, and only thing that can regain a little bit of trust will be the lie detector test. She refusing to even do the lie detector test. A little distance between you two would probably be best right now---ask your friend if you can stay with them.

Just go ahead further with the N400 and you will be fine in that regard. You can divorce her if you so choose that route with no issues at all immigration wise. 
 
Listen from personal experience in regards to something like this from my ex-wife. I know it is hard right now and it hurts like hell but you will get through it. You will be stronger from this hurt in the long run.
