    If you follow the guide you should be fine. Good Luck! I-864 - Affidavit of Support: K-2's don't require their own separate I-864 with supporting documents (tax returns, etc). Make sure they are listed in section 9 of the K-1's I-864, and provide a photocopy of the K-1's I-864 with the K2's paperwork. You don't need to include copies of the supporting documents with the K-2's paperwork. You won't get an RFE if you do happen to provide a separate I-864 with supporting docs for the K-2. It's just not required.

Of course the Dems are worried about the support that Trump seems to be getting particularly from young black men, so now there is a report Trump used a bad word 20 years ago. Now there is no actual evidence of this, but like many leftist/Dems, we should simply believe them.

    What office? My cousins changed their names processing through the Detroit off which only does judicial oaths, and the oath ceremony was less than a month after the interview. Good Luck!

    Based on my limited experience, waivers to the HRR seem to be very rare.

    If you take the spousal visa route, of course you will need to get married, then maybe about 6 months after she returns to start her 2 yr requirement you can submit the I130’s for her and the children. It will take 18-24 months for those to process to the consulate phase, and then when the 2 years are close to being complete she can schedule the interviews. Good Luck!
