    For the joint sponsor, IRS tax transcripts are usually preferred (the transcripts include all the W2 info as well), but if tax transcripts are not available, copies of a return with all W2’s/1099’s should be fine. As to the BC or PP, usually a certified copy of the BC or a copy of the PP bio page should be fine. Good Luck!

    Just to emphasize as @jackiegringa already stated, the N400 can be filed now even with the I751 pending, but the I751 needs to be finalized before the N400 can be finalized. By filing the N400 you might get your I751 moving, but I would do a little more research first on what is holding up the I751. You mentioned moving, there are many stories of folks not receiving an RFE because USCIS cannot seem to deal with AR-11s very efficiently. You might try calling USCIS and try to get a tier 2 IO to respond. Good Luck!

    You will need to provide evidence of your current marital status as well as evidence of your marital history. You still use the N400 form, but keep in mind the I751 will have to be finalized prior to the N400 being approved. Do you know why your I751 is outside of the normal processing time?     Generally, the interpretation of the "public charge" rule pertained to an immigrant receiving cash welfare assistance. I am not really sure how it was changed, but I believe it essentially reverted to the earlier interpretation.

    When you say come home to the U.S., it is confusing. Do you mean after she receives her spousal visa and come to the U.S. permanently? If so, she will become a U.S. legal permanent resident the moment she enters the U.S. with the valid CR1/IR1 visa and therefore no need for the I485. Good Luck!

    Did he elaborate to you (you do not need to elaborate here) the underlying crime? Second degree manslaughter can be a lot of things like a DWI causing a death, selling drugs causing a death etc. Again, no need to elaborate here, I just mentioned it as it will be a sign of his honesty.
