  1. Unfortunately no, this will not be available.
  2. The online case status can alternate between Administrative Processing and Refused, but as long as it does not say Denied/Rejected you are still fine. As far as I have been able to deduce, Administrative Processing means someone is actively doing something with your case, but the visa has still not been officially Issued, and Refused means the case is still sitting in limbo awaiting all the rest of the work. Hopefully you will see the message "Issued" soon as it sounds like your interview went well. Good Luck!
  3. To my knowledge, the Utah Zoom marriage is accepted at all consulates as long as you meet the requirement of meeting in person (consummating the marriage) either during or after the ceremony. Why not go to India, and do the Utah Zoom marriage while you are together? You can then submit the I130 as soon as you get the marriage certificate which I understand is done electronically for this type of ceremony. Good Luck!
  4. Apparently this was on the side of fake news at least at this point in time. No, a Remote Amazon Tribe Did Not Get Addicted to Porn https://www.nytimes.com/2024/06/11/world/americas/no-a-remote-amazon-tribe-did-not-get-addicted-to-porn.html
  5. Hmm, I thought Trump was supposed to be against Trump? Trump says he ‘would like to see’ Larry Hogan win Senate race in Maryland https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/trump-says-he-would-like-to-see-larry-hogan-win-senate-race-in-maryland/ar-BB1obqFS?ocid=BingNewsSerp
  6. Except every drug has side effects, and many Drs. Tend to gloss over those. With all the drug advertising, and the multi-billion dollar drug industry, who knows what to believe. I took the drug information the Dr. gave me and did my own research, and took in the totality of everything, and I made my choice good bad or otherwise. In the end, we are all going to end the same way.
  7. Maybe some light. BINGO BONGO BOOM! This Huge WIN for RNC and Election Integrity Means Huge LOSS for Democrats (Thread) https://twitchy.com/samj/2024/06/13/tori-sachs-thread-win-for-election-integrity-thread-n2397246
  8. Yes, the Ivy League has really lost its lustre as of late. The New York Post Shares Interesting Harvard Study and X Is Here for It https://twitchy.com/rickrobinson/2024/06/13/the-new-york-post-shares-an-interesting-harvard-study-and-x-is-here-for-it-n2397205
  9. A bit of a petulant court ruling, but decided to put it here. Even the Swiss seem to be getting frustrated by these puppet courts and their rulings. Switzerland Considers Defying Climate Court Order Switzerland, however, has been defiant toward the ruling so far. A parliamentary committee has rejected the ruling, while the upper house slammed the court’s “judicial activism”. The upper house, leaning right, has argued that Switzerland does not need to take further action because it is already doing enough to combat climate change. Apart from setting precedents, the Swiss case highlights the backlash against climate rulings globally. If Switzerland refuses to implement the court ruling to do more to fight climate change, it could “set a concerning precedent, undermining the role of legal oversight in democratic governance,” Isabela Keuschnigg, legal researcher with the London School of Economics, told Reuters. https://oilprice.com/Latest-Energy-News/World-News/Switzerland-Considers-Defying-Climate-Court-Order.html
  10. I actually had a Dr. suggest putting me on them, and my cholesterol level is always low (it actually triggers "out-of-range" low when I have blood tests). Apparently there are other uses being explored, but I refused.
  11. Great piece by Mr. Prager. He is right though, the mistrust in the US is due to how elections are conducted, and how that has devolved into a mass mail-in voting (which should only be available to those that actually need it, and not just all the lazy folks, or ballot harvesters), and secretive voting machine software. Of course the political parties stoke this mistrust, and even though Democrats deny election results with every bit as much fervor as Donald Trump when they lose, for some reason they get the cover of the MSM and avoid the label of conspiracy theorists even though this is exactly what they are. Anyway, I thought this was key. Now the issue is that in the US, it is essentially 50 separate elections which is fine, I am not advocating a federal takeover of elections, but there should be some conformity as to how elections are handled, and the Carter-Baker Commission is a place to start. America is almost alone among democratic countries in not requiring paper ballots. As of 2023, only Brazil counts all its ballots in national elections through electronic voting. According to Pew Research Center, votes are cast by manually marking paper ballots in 209 of the 227 countries. In France, as reported by the Associated Press, voters "use the same system that's been used for generations: paper ballots that are cast in person and counted by hand." In 2009, Germany's Federal Constitutional Court ruled that voting machines could no longer be used. In 2017, the Dutch government announced that all ballots in the 2017 general election would be counted by hand.
  12. The question is will there be limits to how much people with an eligibility card can take? How will the store enforce any limits? Will it simply just be a case of security watching folks walk out the door with as much of the inventory they can carry in a cart or two?
  13. The real Democrats/left are showing their stripes.
  14. This is fairly normal particularly with flights to the US for foreign soil. I remember traveling to Mexico for work, and I could not check-in on Aeromexico's site/app for my flight back to the US, but instead I had to wait in line and check-in at the airport. Good Luck!
  15. If you have specific questions, feel free to ask them here. Good Luck!
  16. But, but, but Paul Ryan is an election denier. Beyond that, he ushered in massive increases in government spending, and did nothing to tackle immigration even though at the time, the GOP controlled both houses and the WH. He also allowed the House to fall for the Hillary Clinton Russian collusion hoax. Not really a good Speaker, and therefore not really worth listening to. As to FoxNews, they are becoming much more mainstream as a broadcast unit. I read some of the stories they put on their website, but I have not watched a network news or 24hr news site in more than six years and it feels so good to not be tied to their biases whether left or right. After Republicans lost control of the House in the 2018 midterm elections, Ryan suggested that there were irregularities about the election results in California. Ryan said that California's election system was "bizarre", "defies logic" and that "there are a lot of races there we should have won." After Ryan's remarks were reported on, Ryan's spokesperson said "The Speaker did not and does not dispute the results".[156] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Ryan
  17. This should be corrected at the interview, and you can mention to the CO that you have passed your second wedding anniversary. However, even if for some reason the visa is issued as a CR1, it is the date you enter the U.S. with your spousal visa as compared to your wedding anniversary that will make the final determination as to a 2yr vs a 10yr GC. The upshot is regardless of what it says online or even what the visa says, you will be entitled to a 10yr GC when you eventually enter the U.S. Good Luck!
  18. Sure, include any evidence showing your commingling of the marriage. Also, make sure you submit an AR-11 showing your change of address to USCIS. Good Luck!
  19. Unfortunately there is not a whole lot she can do other than to constantly monitor the schedule to see if any time slots open due to others canceling, etc. Good Luck!
  20. Good thing Old Corrupt Petulant Joe wears Depends. Btw, would anyone be surprised if Biden plagiarized Reagan's speech?
  21. This is not too far from the truth. The ICC is already saying just that, and I suspect a far left DOJ like the one run by Garland would like that idea.
  22. No doubt, let the Chinese EVs in sans tariffs, and let the chips fall where they may. I don't agree however with subsidizing them with tax incentives, but I don't think we should be doing that for domestically produced EVs either.
