  1. Like I mentioned, one does not make that screw up unless they are regularly using that type of verbiage, and of course we know that Democrats have a long racist history. So I don't really believe his explanation. Btw, you hypothesis doesn't really pan out, how does using a racial slur mock Republicans?
  2. So the Biden Administration is turning its back on hostages again, and supporting Hamas. Hmm, Obama told us, but don't worry, Kamala studied the maps. Biden’s Shameful Betrayal of Israel at the United Nations President Biden has been getting increasingly bellicose in his rhetoric against Israel in recent weeks, particularly when it comes to Israeli plans to finish the job against Hamas by invading Rafah in southern Gaza. Over the weekend, the administration dispatched Vice President Kamala Harris to ABC to again chastise the planned Israeli offensive, claiming, laughably, that she had “studied the maps” and decided that Israel’s plan to evacuate civilians from the area wasn’t feasible. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/biden-s-shameful-betrayal-of-israel-at-the-united-nations/ar-BB1ky1gy?ocid=hpmsn&cvid=e87b5e72f79541a4ba8c573dc04f566d&ei=23
  3. Saw this, and it brought back memories of all the Clinton wag-the-dog antics. Sure it is RT, but it is hard to argue how Kosovo turned out after the nation building from the West. It also begs the question as to if Yugoslavia was fine to break up and re-draw political boundaries along sectarian lines, why is Ukraine now different. Ruins of Yugoslavia: How Russia learned that NATO poses a threat Unsurprisingly, problems in the region did not end with the expulsion of the Serbs. To this day, Kosovo is a poor country with major corruption issues. The US took an active part in the reconstruction of Kosovo, but the region was mostly used by businessmen and officials for personal enrichment. Many of them have profited from murky schemes, including former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, who owned a share of the only private mobile network operator in the region, and later tried to grab a piece of a state-owned company. Coincidentally, Albright’s daughter is the executive director of a corporation that distributes development grants to poor countries (including Kosovo). In Kosovo, there are 800,000 migrant workers per 1,800,000 inhabitants. Moreover, the republic has turned into a stronghold of the Albanian mafia. Even the Western press was forced to admit the failed state-building attempt in Kosovo. A few years after the events of 1999, Montenegro peacefully broke away from Yugoslavia, and the latter ceased to exist. President Slobodan Milosevic was overthrown in 2000 as a result of unrest in Belgrade and was secretly extradited to the international criminal tribunal in the Hague. In 2006, before the trial’s conclusion, he died age 64 in the UN prison there and immediately suspicions were raised, which have persisted, over how he died. https://www.rt.com/news/594825-ruins-of-yugoslavia-25/
  4. Meanwhile Old Corrupt Petulant Joe is abandoning USC hostages again. I guess since none are LGBT+ basketball players it is fine for the truly devout Joe worshippers. As to your comment, which bank or surety company was defrauded? Why was CNN suggesting Trump sell Mar A Lago to cover his bond when the really smart judge said it was only worth $18 million. Why did the Governor of NY have to come out and re-assure the others that play in the NY commercial real estate game that they will not be prosecuted for the same thing since they were not Trump (unless of course they don't toe the Leftist/Democrat line or at least keep campaign money flowing). Whatever, I asked you who was harmed by this farce and have yet to receive a credible answer.
  5. Just wow. I know when I moved into my current complex they had a weight limit on dogs, but it was never enforced. A few years ago we had an activist attorney and dog hater join the board that decided it was time to start enforcing it. He is not on the board anymore and things returned to normal.
  6. Yes, I noticed that. Looks like one fell onto a sharp knife, and the other was unfortunate enough to fall onto some exposed electrical clamps. Not really a big fan of torture, but also not a big fan of coddling either.
  7. Yes, Fisker was announcing the dire situation for some time. Considering they really don't have much brand recognition, I doubt anyone was seriously looking at them.
  8. Hmm, most people don't make a screw up like that unless they are quite comfortable using such slurs. Not to worry, the Democrats always repeat history. WATCH: Democrat frontrunner in tight Senate race drops racial slur during House hearing The Democrat frontrunner in what could be one of the most closely watched Senate races this year uttered a racial slur during a Thursday House Budget Committee hearing, something he says was unintentional. Rep. David Trone, D-Md., dropped the disparaging term for Black people while speaking during the hearing about tax policy with Shalanda Young, the director of the Office of Budget and Management, who was testifying before the committee. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/watch-democrat-frontrunner-in-tight-senate-race-drops-racial-slur-during-house-hearing/ar-BB1kjWTX
  9. No one said Trump signed an order, but of course the easily gaslighted (bless their hearts) will spin the narrative anyway they see fit. The offer to bring in the NG was made to the Democrat leaders in charge of the security (Bowser and Pelosi), and was turned down, but at least Nancy Pelosi's daughter got her film. The videos, recorded by Pelosi’s daughter, showed the congresswoman responding to the attack in real time as she negotiated with governors and defense officials in an effort to get Guard troops to the Capitol. In one clip published by CNN, Pelosi can be heard saying that if Trump showed up she would “punch him out.” Some on social media used the occasion to revive baseless claims that Pelosi had stopped a Trump order for tens of thousands of National Guard troops before the event.
  10. Your income is only relevant if it will continue from the same source after you immigrate. You can also use assets/cash, but the financial bar is higher (5x). Good Luck!
  11. Thanks for providing an update. Hopefully this will clear up for you soon. Good Luck!
  12. Breaking now. Prayers for those involved. Second link has the video. 13. If you cannot upload it for your FIL’s case, send him a copy of it to take to the interview.
  14. If you are expected to start employment upon entering the US, that may be evidence of a financial loss that can be included.
  15. That is why I was asking if the visa status online was saying "Issued", but in this case the child appears to have been born prior to the issuance of the visa which means the above links do not seem to apply. I guess you need to get an I130 in the system ASAP and request expedites at each stage. Apologies for misleading you, and it is really frustrating that the consulate will not do a DCF for the child given the soon to be immediate need to travel.
  16. Has the visa been officially "issued", or are you still in AP/Refused status?
  17. You can try requesting "Infopass" in the phone system prompt to reach a Tier 1 agent. Don't bother with the Tier 1 as they will not be able to help with any case specific issues so you will need to request contact from a Tier 2 that may take some time for them to respond back. Good Luck!
  18. Here is the relevant information from the latest CBP Carrier Guide on Page 10. Child born abroad to an accompanying parent after issuance of an immigrant visa to the parent but before the parent’s initial admission as an immigrant may be boarded as long as the child has a passport and birth certificate. https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/assets/documents/2023-Nov/Carrier Information Guide ENGLISH.pdf
  19. This was in the UK, but it should apply to you as well. Good Luck!
  20. It is commonly referred to as the I485 Receipt Notice of Action (NOA) which gives you authorized stay while the process continues. Good Luck!
  21. Why not, everyone sat back an allowed Russia to take Crimea, and most of the East region in 2014. Ukraine cannot sustain a stalemate of attrition. Sure we can send weapons, but Ukraine needs soldiers to use them, and as the war drags on, people lose their desire to die for some leaders.
  22. I was listening to an overnight show that caters to truckers, and one driving an EV truck was saying they have to charge for an hour to be able to drive another hour. Seems impractical as truckers (cross country) do not generally stop every hour to re-fuel. I still think if anything works for cross country trucking it will be H2, but we are still a long way from building up that infrastructure.
  23. Sure, the companies will just suck up the cost out of the goodness of their hearts. Electrifying trucking in U.S. could cost as much as $1 trillion, burden consumers, study warns Trucking fleets and operators of charging stations, according to the study, will need to invest $620 billion into new charging infrastructure. This includes the chargers, site infrastructure and utility cost service. Trucking operators will also need to invest in on-site charging stations, which the study estimates will cost in total $496 billion. Chargers for heavy-duty trucks, such as semi trucks, will cost $145,000 per vehicle. Medium-duty trucks will cost $54,000 per vehicle. https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/energy/study-electrifying-trucking-us-could-cost-much-1-trillion
