    If this were me, I would answer no since your family members do not have their B2's in hand right now. If they do get B2's prior to your K1 interview, you can discuss that with the consulate officer conducting your interview and change it is needed. Be very careful with any engagement parties, or religious engagement ceremonies that can look like some form of wedding when you are applying for a K1. In general you should be fine, but make sure it looks like an engagement ceremony, and not a wedding. Good Luck!

    Spousal visa. That way once you have an approved visa and enter the U.S. you are immediately an LPR authorized to work with no need to file the AOS/EAD/AP. Of course you need to get legally married first. Good Luck!

    Our cousins just passed their N400 interviews. They are husband and wife that came in 2019 on DVs, so they applied under the 5 year rule. For some reason one of them was only asked four questions. I do agree, many N400 applicants have a better grasp of US civics than many natural born USCs. No reason to make it harder at this point.

    Except for the Democrats in DC that feel the Constitution is too restrictive to their power. Hence the constant attack by the Democrats and the Leftist MSM on all those restrictions. The elite in DC including the career high level bureaucrats seem to think the Federal government should have all the power, but they forget, it was the Union of the States that created DC. I can see some separation potential over time with all this Federal “progress”.

    You seem to be describing the Democrats that certainly relied on low information adherents for their power. It also seems that the Democrats are very much in favor of trashing the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 10th Amendments. Trump will be gone soon, but it is the Democrat “progress” that is ruining this country.

    I agree with @Daphne ., if you have a job offer forcing you to repatriate, attempt the DCF in Malaysia right now. It is much faster, and cleaner and does not require any obfuscations with CBP when they ask your wife what her intentions are in the U.S. and how long she intends to stay. DCF can be do it yourself.     This is a little bit of a tough one as you are not 100% certain it is your child. The issue is you are asked to bring evidence/proof of you children to the interview, and it appears you may not have that. I would err on the side of including her as you seem fairly certain she is yours. Good Luck!

    How is our democracy safe when one Party is doing everything they can to get people removed from the ballot (not just Trump), and persecuting their political enemies? Heck, look what the Democrats did to their own primary process back in 2020 to put a cognitively declining corrupt career politician on the ballot.

    I don’t see the address thing as being a real big deal. Students often times move around while they are in school. Just go back the five years from when you are planning to file the I130 which appears to be in a year or so, and keep track of the addresses she lived at. As to evidence of a bonafide marriage, it is good you are thinking about this now even though you are not yet married. Young couples may not have a lot of property evidence to add to the process, but you can add her to things like bills, etc. once you actually get married. Personally, I would not do a joint account until you are married. Good Luck!

    Kind of stating the obvious. I wonder if Old Corrupt Petulant Joe saw or talked to any dead people during the interview. I suspect though that this does not alarm the DNC as there are most likely plans to replace him at the convention.
