  1. You could do either, but I would think the I90 route would be the easiest as long as you can get the information you need. Good Luck!
  2. Even hiring a lawyer will require you to do the legwork with respect to gathering the documents needed to file. You will need all the divorce decrees to file for new spouse. As to your first husband if he knows his A Number that should be fine, you shouldn't need all the documents you used to file for him all those years ago. Good Luck!
  3. Let’s Go Brandon! Laken Riley's father says suspect 'might not have been here' if border was secure https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/laken-rileys-father-says-suspect-might-not-have-been-here-if-border-was-secure/ar-BB1k6rQU
  4. I doubt it, the bar is way to high. It might be in Trump's best interest to walk away from the cesspool that is NYC. Maybe open his buildings up for illegal immigrants before the state confiscates the properties.
  5. Gotta love it when a political prosecutor can crash a business for a "crime" that has no victims. This smacks of the need for making these "public servants" legally liable for their actions while in office.
  6. And Obama says he wishes we could return to the time when there was only a select few media outlets.
  7. I guess Ms. James found a way to confiscate property of those she disagrees with politically.
  8. Or a completely fabricated story to fit a biased political narrative.
  9. The I130A will need to be filled out and uploaded with the online application for the I130. It is probably best to fill out the I130A first before starting the I130 application. Good Luck!
  10. Good Old Petulant Joe Scarborough at it again. Where does Mika keep his manhood?
  11. I really feel sorry for those that only get their news from Leftist MSM outlets.
  12. Has the system updated to "Issued" yet?
  13. It is interesting they don’t mention the Ted Kennedy gambit with the USSR in the early 80’s. Hmm, a prominent Democrat colluding with the Russians. I wonder if this is where Hillary learned her tactics. https://www.forbes.com/2009/08/27/ted-kennedy-soviet-union-ronald-reagan-opinions-columnists-peter-robinson.html?sh=6d752fae359a
  14. I have found that the G1145 is a bit flaky, but I believe it should trigger at the same time that the NOA receipt is generated. Good Luck! Also, I reported this thread to the moderators to move it to the AOS from a Visitor Visa forum.
  15. Overall, with a valid AP you should not have any issue with CBP. The biggest issues I have heard of is with airlines not recognizing AP as a valid form for entering the U.S. here are a couple of links that may be helpful. The CBP Carrier Guide clearly lists the AP Card (form I-512) as acceptable to board someone to the U.S., so it is a good idea to have a copy of the guide with you when traveling. Good Luck! https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/assets/documents/2023-Nov/Carrier Information Guide ENGLISH.pdf
  16. I would definitely go to the F4 interview, but I am not sure what to do about the passport. I assume she has another form of ID, so she can explain to the consulate that they already have her passport, but I am not familiar with Islamabad, so I am not sure if she can even get inside for the F4 interview without a passport. Good Luck!
  17. I am still not sold on H2. Conceptually, a fuel cell works, but in reality, it is tough to put in practice, particularly when it comes to storage on a moving vehicle that would have to survive a crash.
  18. So are you suggesting the motions being filed are unreasonable?
  19. Interesting study from the Land Down Under. No such thing as ‘long COVID,’ health agency says in shock claim: ‘Unnecessary fear “We believe it is time to stop using terms like ‘Long COVID’,” said Dr. John Gerrard, Queensland’s Chief Health Officer, who oversaw the newly-released study. “They wrongly imply there is something unique and exceptional about longer term symptoms associated with this virus,” he explained. This terminology can cause unnecessary fear, and in some cases, hyper-vigilance to longer symptoms that can impede recovery,” Gerrard warned. Researchers at Queensland Health surveyed 5,112 symptom sufferers aged 18 years and older to reach their conclusion. Symptoms reported included fatigue, brain fog, cough, shortness of breath, change to smell and taste, dizziness, and rapid or irregular heartbeat. Researchers pulled their subjects from a pool of sick Australians who’d taken COVID-19 tests — testing both positive and negative — in late spring of 2022, quizzing them a year later on their symptoms and quality of life. https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/other/no-such-thing-as-long-covid-health-agency-says-in-shock-claim-unnecessary-fear/ar-BB1jVjBX
  20. If Fani stays, it will be pure gold for Trump.
  21. You do understand that it is the defendant that retains the right to a speedy trial, not the state right?
  22. Great suggestion, just get off social media except of course for VJ.
  23. Tesla has or had the ability to sell regulatory credits which gave them a lot of flexibility with price. https://www.thedrive.com/news/tesla-continues-to-launder-emissions-with-1-79-billion-in-regulatory-credit-sales
