I am confused about so much

I just got engaged on the 13th of august to my girlfriend in the Phillipines and i am feeling overwhelmed by what i am reading about the immigration process and i have so many questions. I found this website and i feel somewhat relived that some people may be able to help me. I haven't filed yet the I-29f but i plan to when i get back home but i have questions. Do i need to send my Fiancees birth certificate off with i-29f? Also she plans on getting a passport after i leave will she need to send that to me or just a photo copy of her passport? All our photo evidence was taken by smartphone how should I compile this. One of my boarding passes is faded but i do have a photo of it i took just in case something like that happened. can i use that? One of my boarding passes is digital can that be used as evidence since everything is moving toward digital nowadays? I am also trying to figure out how we should write our letters of intent. I wanted to write those before i left in a few days but i read i have to include the address of the USCIS office I send it too and I dont know which office our letters should be or will be sent too. Any advice i know this is alot of questions i just feel overwhelmed and honestly i have many more questions. I am scared of making any mistakes in the process. Also my fiancee doesnt have easy access to a scanner so that makes things more difficult any help is appreciated.

Google doc / Microsoft Word. Create a new file. Place 2-4 photos per page. Write captions under each photo: date, location, event, people from left to right.

If possible I want to have our letters finished before I go home so I have them to file already but I read we have to include the address of the office we send it too and I don’t know what address that would be. I also have no idea what to do about the cover letter

If you print out the I-129f form and the detailed instructions that accompany it, most if not all of your questions will be answered there.  Good luck!

here is a guide for how to put together the I-129f packet

if you cant get your fiances letter of intent before you leave, they can sign, scan, and email it to you (if they are able). Both mine and my fiances letter of intent were not "wet" signatures, just copies, and it wasn't an issue.

You do not need to send her birth certificate with the I-129f.  She will need an original eventually, but not until interview time.

Her passport is not needed now either.  That also comes later.

You can print the boarding passes.  No need to send original boarding passes. Print the digital boarding pass and include it as well.

Letters of Intent do not need a specific address on them. 

United States Department of Homeland Security
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is fine for the address on the letters.

Go to a local photo shop and get a dozen passport style pics of her and a few of you too.  It's super cheap there and you will need them.  Leave half of hers with her.  Take the rest of hers with you as well as yours. 

Review the I-129f with her.  Have her write down her personal information that you do not know, like address and work history, as well as her parents' information.  It is much easier to get that information in person rather than trying to do it over the phone or messaging.

It would also be beneficial for you to start to familiarise yourself with the steps that come after the I-129F, so as not to be caught off guard by anything.

The letter of intent can simply be a “to whom it may concern.”   Don’t overthink it.

You have received great advice so far. Your questions can be answered by reading both the official I-129f instructions and the VJ Guide. You should study and research those and come back if you have questions after reading that. Immigration requires a lot of reading and research.

Birth Certification + Translation is not needed to file the i-129f.

I swear, this forum is full of all this additional non-sense.
