  1. My I-129f was recently approved, and I am working on the I-134 form. Am I correct to assume that if my income is well above the poverty level, then listing other assets (bank accounts, home, etc.) is unnecessary? I plan to verify income with employer letter and income tax transcripts, and would like to be sure that this is sufficient.
  2. The US Embassy there can provide a list of local attorneys who do this type of work.
  3. Just approved! NOA1 September 25, 2023 NOA2 March 27; 2024
  4. Nullaccount, i have seen your posts, and I am in a similar situation. You need to guard against assuming the worst about your application. I know it is difficult, when we really don’t know what is going on behind the scenes. Our applications may well be sitting in a stack on someone’s desk, and will be processed any day. I have become skeptical about believing any “timelines” that are put out by websites and Youtube channels. They are all guessing, and some may be more educated guesses than others. I talk to my fiancé every day, and that keeps me focused on what is good and positive in my life. Hope you can find a way to do the same.
  5. That is great news! Congratulation to you both! It gives me hope!
  6. Hello September filers My NOA1 was 9/25/2023 Good luck to everyone!
