Of course you can. You can file the I-130 immediately.  You won't need a joint sponsor for about 15 or 20 years.

It scares me when i read uscis web stating that i should be able to support her financially here while I dont work, my husband is the breadwinner.

File now..... Don't worry about what may or may not happen in the next 2 decades.  Besides, no one can guarantee how long siblings will be allowed to immigrate.

You can file without regard to sponsorship ability, because it will be TWENTY (20) YEARS before a visa number is available to your sister, and obviously your financial situation will be completely different then.

She has to wait for a visa number to become available and she will interview just like you did.

Nope.  She cannot come to the US to live via a sibling visa  until the visa is issued...in about 20 years.

N.O. . There is not adjust of status too, just for you to know. She cannot live in the US without an Immigration visa.

Do you have a Joint sponsor? Will your spouse be the one?
