Black and white printouts for ROC packet?

I searched but didn't find any recent relevant answers to this.

 

I'm filing my ROC packet next month and just realized our home printer only has the black ink cartridge. 

 

Being cheap efficient and wanting to make do with what I have at home, I prefer not to buy color ink if I can avoid it. Is it okay to print out my ROC packet in black and white? Obviously I will check if everything is readable/clear before sending the packet. The only item I can think that might be affected by B/W are pictures. Most of our evidence are financial documents and proof of residency/travel.

its okay to just use black and white. when they scanned everything will be black and white anyway. i helped people filing i-751 with BW ink and no issue

I can't think of anything that really needs to be printed in color for an ROC packet.  I think the pictures will be fine.

I would think that as long as the pictures are clear enough in B&W there would be no problem. Nothing else I can think of that would NEED to be in color.

I printed and submitted everything in B&W except for the photos. I went to Staples and printed those in color.  It was about 4 pages, 2-4 photos per page.

@Adventine as long as they're in grayscale and you can see everybody fine in photo, this should be totally fine.

That’s what I would do as well.

I printed everything in black and white on regular copy paper, including photos. The photos aren't that important anyway, so don't worry about that.

I did all printouts in black, too.As long as they're not blurry it is perfectly fine 👌
