No.  A USC child can sponsor a parent when the child turns 21 years old.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Hello, sorry I don't know where to post this. I am a UK citizen, my fiancé is a US citizen, we applied for a K1 visa in August, but have heard NOTHING. Since then she has become pregnant. Are there any visas I could get through my eventual child? I cannot find any info on a parent/paternity visa.

Thank you

Have you broken up with your GF or are you looking for a quicker way to go to the US?

As a UK citizen you can visit with ESTA if you want to be there for the birth.

Currently K1 visas filed in March 2021 are getting NOA2 so you have a couple more months of waiting ahead of you.

Unfortunately pregnancy isn't a reason to expedite.

But you are lucky to be able to visit while you wait out the process.

Currently I-129Fs are taking 9-12 months at California. So you won't be reaching the next stage until June-August 2022.

Looks like there is a mandamus for K1s at London though... so you might be looking at 2 years or longer before you can move to the US.

Have a look at NOA2 to interview for London here...

Could I do that with an ongoing K1 application?

So you are saying I could travel to America, marry her, then just file the I-130? Would I still be able to visit the UK whilst that is processing?

If you pursue the spousal visa process, it will be 1-2 years before you can immigrate to the US.

There is no quicker way for you to immigrate to the US.  If there was, we would tell you.

Stick with the K-1 if you want to be with your girlfriend and child sooner rather than later.   You can visit using ESTA/VWP.

You can visit during the process (K-1 or CR-1) at the discretion of CBP.  However, you cannot enter the US as a visitor with the intent to stay and adjust status.

Filing an I-130 does not allow you to stay in the US.  It sounds like you intend to stay and adjust status after entering as a visitor....which is illegal

No.....That option is not available to you since you are outside the US.
