The Dallas location received my I-129f on September 2nd, according to USPS tracking, as well as cashed my check. However, I still have not received my NOA1. Is this concerning? On the timeline, I notice that people are getting their NOA1's within a week or so. To be clear, they will mail something to me and/or email me, right?

I'm worried I did something incorrectly.

Contrary to Ontarkie's stubborn insistence, this question is neither a duplicate nor in the wrong forum. The thread to which that question was wrongly merged asked when it's best to file AOS. The second question, the one linked, asks about whether/who to notify about moving. It was posted in the K1 forum, which is where it belongs. It doesn't belong in the K1 AOS forum because it doesn't ask anything about AOS.

Reality does not change by silencing those who reveal it.

NOA1 have been taking 4-6 weeks.

But is that after the check has been cashed? That's what's concerning to me: they opened my package and processed the check on September 8th. I would be far less concerned if they hadn't yet cashed my check.

Also, again, I'm noticing that most of the people on the timeline who sent their i-129F after me have received their NOA1 already. I assume many of the others simply haven't updated their timeline.

Nothing is fast with US immigration.  Be prepared for a long process, lots of waiting, multiple stages, submission of more forms, more waiting....  then if things move faster, which happens sometimes, you'll be pleasantly surprised.  Good luck with the process!

Pre- Covidland, mine took exactly 57 days to show up on my mailbox. I called USCIS about seven times, talked to tier 2 officers several times and I wasn't even in their system. It's nerve- racking, but there's nothing to do other than sit tight, and wait.

I'm worried I did something incorrectly.

With this time of covid things have taken longer than normal.  Some couples differ, some get it sooner, some much later.  Maybe after about 4- 6 weeks contact USCIS.

As others said it takes time.   Did you also complete the G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance: form, so you will also receive an email from USCIS?

If not, you will have to wait till the postman brings them.

On July 1st received text message, confirming USCIS received my petition on July 1st. However, I didn’t received my NOA1 until September 13.

So just give more time

Don't worry too much, if they have cashed your check imo you should be fine and your NOA1 will be dated for around the same time.

Mine also took a very long time but it was around the time when they had serious issues at the lockbox and covid and weather and all.

Hoping that it works out for you soon.
