Did you pay the $220 fee to receive GC?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Get GC, go to the SSO and ask them to give you one.

I recently Moved from South Africa to the USA 15 days now, Please what is the next step. I need some help

The endorsed visa in your passport serves as a temporary green card while you wait for the card in the mail. Some of your next steps could be getting a SSN, getting a driver's license, applying for jobs...

If you’re under 26, don’t forget to sign up for Select Service.  Important if you later apply for citizenship

I am 46 years old, thank you so much for the help.

Please can someone tell me how long it takes before I get my Green card after I got in to the USA?

I have been here for 3 weeks and 1 day today

USCIS says -- "You should receive your Green Card within 90 days of your entry into the U.S. or within 90 days after your USCIS Immigrant Fee is received (whichever occurs later).https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-fees/uscis-immigrant-fee/identity-verification-and-the-uscis-immigrant-fee

You said you are 46 years old, so Selective Service registration does not apply to you. If you are just curious, this is what @bakphx1 was referring to: https://www.sss.gov/

Officer already applied for your social security card when he checked your visa and documents.or it’s automatically ordered as soon as you crossed as  an LPR.but you still can apply at the SSN office just to be sure.
