Hello ,have they scheduled your interview date yet ?because my case have been in NVC since last year too.

Nothing yet... Status is still 'AT NVC'.

But I saw a a Nigeria K1 petitioner timeline that got an interview who applied in September 2020 and his case was received in NVC in April 2021.

Submitted i-129f application 4 months ago and got to NVC in April? That's strange cos to get from NOA1- NOA2 is like 9 months for now.

.. The good news is NVC confirmed that US consulate lagos have started requesting for K-1 cases.

So based on the info you got what month of K1 application are they sending for interviews in Lagos now?

April/May NOA2

Do you have any idea of what's happening with K-1 visa in Nigeria? Any new development? Heard they're treating July NOA2 cases...

Hi Idayat/John. Please, have u guys been able to made it to the consulate level?...I mean have you guys paper been move from NVC to the consulate in Nigeria?. Bcos, I can see we both filled the same day. Thanks and I await your response.

It's funny how we answer the same name(Doyin) and submitted/filled the same day.... We are still waiting for the Welcome letter from NVC... Spoke with one of their representatives and she said that they are sending cases to US consulate lagos.... God will speed up our applications... Let's stay positive.

Hello Idayat and John ,From you timelines you just posted it looks like NVC is send cases to Nigeria that was received in August 2020.Do you have an interview date yet or you are waiting for the Emberssy to give you a date?

Hello Kezman, case status moved from AT NVC to IN TRANSIT.

Ok

Hey versaversa, that's funny. You mean u also bears doyin?, and we filled the same date...waoh. Anyways, that's cool. But, we don't have the same NOA2 bcos, I was asked for intent of marriage which drew us 1 month behind you. But, all the same...we believe God that very soon, ours too will be turned in to Nigeria Consulate for interview by God grace, Amen...congrats and all the best. Pls, let's know how it goes after ur interview. Bye for now.

@Doyin hope we meet soon in the US...

Same here...I really hope so sake...

Are u able to pick date yet for ur interview?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
