Hi everyone  I don't think anyone will believe this is a nightmare. Five years of waiting is painful. You are in an occupied country and you cannot travel for five years we have interview in 11 april 2016 until now in ap we f3 ceac 5 years of pain until now can anyone help

You can sue, look for a Lawyer who does Writ of Mandamus.

Have you followed up on this lengthy AP at all? (My concern would be that your AP was resolved but you somehow didn’t get informed.)

I follow ceac last update in March this year my dad and mom are refuse but its for all ap ceac they have refuse but us the my and my brother all ready

just i need to know refuesd in this ceac its ap yes cuz its chenge last year we are f3 we in ap my dad and my mom since 2016 crazy but i want to know refuesd here is ap but term just"refuesd" and its crazy ap for 5 years we the kids ready the life so hard 😭

US immigration costs a lot.  Living in the US costs a lot.

this process and living in  the US is not cheap

A lot of people can afford and qualify to take care of their family with their regular income, just can't afford an attorney because attorneys ask for money upfront, big lump sum and there is no limit on what they charge.  Just saying!
