I had this issue before, you have to enter the passport number and the same name that listed on your visa, NOT your passport. Check the name on your visa. Good luck. -
My fiance submitted her 2nd medical exam, took them a week to update her case, and got her visa in about 4-5 weeks ( HCMC embassy). Good luck

Hello - Can someone please help me update my fiance's kid passport number? There is no place to update K2 passport info upon logging into the account. (HCMC embassy) Our office already contacted you by telephone and notified you about the reason why we were unable to deliver your visa.
