We are August 2021 filers.. we got an RFE January of this year stating they would like more evidence of us sharing a married life together starting from the day we sent in our adjustment of status🙄. When we sent our AOS packet back in August of 2021 we put everything in there … I guess they want to make sure we are  still married.

This was such a bummer since we were waiting so long for this we thought we would get an approval but whatever. I will send our response packet next week. Im so sick of this and so disappointed 😔

Just be glad they're actually touching your case...

Hi everyone,

I filed my I-751 at the end of August 2021, last update was fingerprints in October 2021 (my paperwork went to Nebraska office). I wasn’t planning on filing for citizenship yet but starting to think about it… but hoping to see the greencard in the next couple of months - does anyone know if that’s actually likely?!

I’ll tell everyone this. If your eligible to apply for citizenship do it.
My wife will be just less the 5mo from filing n400 to oath.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

We just got our i-751 approval letter today.

Give me some of that Dutch luck! 😅

My case is at the NBC (no idea why, and not happy about it!), so my case will probably stay stuck for another 2 years..

“It’s been 84 years…”

- Me talking about the progress of my I-751
