I did. Then after few weeks biometric letter around June 15th

Nothing since then

That sounds like par for the course. We sent our package in April, received the NOA1 3 weeks later, and biometrics letter mid-August. We have received no other communications and the status still shows as received on May 3.

My K-1 wife just got a letter today from Potomac Center saying they were waiving the biometrics requirement for her I-751 case, instead recycling the previous biometrics collected for her AOS two years ago. It also said don't ask for a refund of the $85 biometrics fee we paid!

My K-2 step-daughter didn't get anything about a biometrics waiver . . . yet.

I'll update here if she does.

Hello,

Could you please let me know what is the total fee you paid including your K2 daughter. I will be sending my package for ROC soon and want to confirm if we have to pay biometric fee for K2 daughter as well? I heard that if we filed AOS at same time the Fee will be waived for K2 ?

Thanks in advance.

October filer here invading your thread for mercenary reasons.  For those filers who are being handled by the Vermont Service Center, how have you found their turnaround time?  Their processing time is currently listed as 10-21 months (that's quite a gap) but don't know if those on the higher end (15-21 months for example) are more complicated cases... or maybe cases that are light on evidence.

My wife and I will be sending in our package soon (targeting next week) so just trying to understand how the Vermont experience has been from people who sent in their package earlier this year.  Appreciate any perspective.  Good luck to all.
