Thank for your response. This is what I plan to submit I don’t know if those documents will be ok. I just cross my finger. My husband sent a payment after the interview i’ll send that receipt, the payment is pending because I don’t owe.

Hi hello, i’m in a situation I need help please, I went to my N400 a couple of days ago, and I received a rfe because I owed IRS money, but when I got home I check my account I saw that my balance is Zero, they took my 2022 refund in applying it to the amount that I owe. what document should I sent please also my husband made a payment the day of my interview( that payment plan did not reflect our 2021 because we no longer owed IRS for that year) we usually don't file together, it was only for 2021 that we did file together but they took my 2022 refund, now my balance is zero I don’t know what to send to USCIS

I just check today I realized that my balance is Zero . They took my refund from 2022. i’m confused, what should I do now since my balance is zero.

I received in RFE because I owe 2021 taxes, I do have a payment plan agreement but it is from a debt collector of irs, they requested a signed agreement from IRS. Should i send the one that i have with the debt collector and receipt of payment because it will take a lot of time to get the one from irs because i will need to call the debt collector to send my info to irs ( will take 30 days for irs to get it) and I only have 20 days to send those info to USCIS. Please I need advice 🙏

I never receive my 10 years Green card(21 months) but I did send my N400 application in July 2022, I just got a letter for my interview without getting my green card. Do you think they will give me my certificate of naturalization without having the 10-year green card when I pass the test? I file my N400 as well 4days ago. I just received a notice saying they are reusing my fingerprint but my I751 is still the same since october
