They did not do much on April and May.  Are they moving on to June and July now?
i don’t know how much longer I can take this,  in 2 days, we will be 460 days waiting.  No noa2… nothing.  I haven’t heard from uscis and senators.  No update from my congressman, that means uscis did not even take a look at our case.

They've slowly started moving on to June. There's someone tracking in the May group.

NOA1 was on April 22, 2021

NOA2 was finally approved May 27, 2022

Took 400 days. Awaiting to hear from the NVC to get the case number for the embessy! Has any April 2021 filers that were approved recently in the past few months received a case number from the NVC yet?

Have you tried contacting ombudsman? If you have tried everything else, you can ask ombudsman for help. Last option os of course to sue USCIS and have judge force them to make decision in your case.

NOA1 April 26

NOA2 May 26

NVC contact July 19 : in transit (shipment to embassy)

NVC case creation July 6

You should hear from them soon! They don't notify you when they create your case number (and we can't know since we cannot call them anymore), they send an email when it is shipped I believe. Shipment is every two weeks on Tue-Wed historically, so maybe you will hear from them in 10 days ? 😃
