  2. It seems that case turns ready, at the moment it has been accepted by embassy. Our case was send 3 days ago and has arived yesterday, at that moment I was able to full DS160.
  3. You are correct. But just for clarification for others. ID number exists, we contacted our Congresswoman, and asked for help. We got our NVC number. But when you try to log in to the system, you get message that you need to fill DS160 and not DS260. To fill DS160 you only need NVC case number and not ID.
  4. We just got informed that our case got forwarded to Guangzhou Consulate. We got only message with Case Number, we are missing Invoice ID number. Does anyone knows how to get Invoice ID? does it come in separate Email or per normal Mail? Or should we call NVC to get it?
  5. We contacted her on last Tuesday (20th Sep). She confirmed that she will contact the agency on our behalf on Thursday(22nd Sep). She informed us today about the status So around 7 days for everything
  6. We got feedback from our Congressional representative. We recived NOA 2 on 28th
  7. We got our on 28th also 0 communication for NVC. Also hope to hear something soon
  8. If anyone is interested. It seems that USCIS is picking up steam. after slump in July, in August USCIS is almost on levels from 2021 (see blue bars => those are closed cases). They are even closing old RFEs (red bars in old months are finally getting smaller) . On the second screenshot, you can see only NOA1 cases from past months up to September this years. Sadly trend of leaving people behind continues, there are still significant number of cases that are left open in March, April, May.
  9. Hi How did you contact you Congressional Representative? Did you do it per Email, or some other way? And did you ask them to help you with USCIS or NVC? Thank you in advance
  10. To add not defending Trump or anything, but president doesn't have anything to do with situation in USCIS. So nither current or old president has anything to do with oversight of USCIS. But congress https://judiciary.house.gov/calendar/eventsingle.aspx?EventID=3145
  11. Actually Trump didn't slow down anything. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/historic-pt If you check historical times, during entire Trump presidency, times were very stable (even during highs of COVID). Total collapse of USCIS started in 2021, when Trump was out of office.
  12. Hi everyone, i know its late, I didnt post last week. but here is the overview of processing rates for last month. It seems that USCIS is loosing steam again, after months of progress, they are reducing processing again (for what ever reason). On the second screenshot are untouched NOA1 Cases per each Month. It seems that this decline was caused by situation that USCIS done "on off days" for some reason, one day they do great progress, day after processing rate halves.
  13. Lets hope that they wont close it completely of, that would be really d*ck move even by USCIS standards.
  14. Strange, when I was looking at it this morning, POST was also not functioning. But it is strange change to make,
  15. Hi I will try to post it if I manage to get it updated, it seem that USCIC has made change to its website (change is not visible to the user, but on technical side), making current method of download not possible. I hope it is only temporary, and that it will continue to work.
  16. It seems that your post brought me luck, I just got approved 427 days, nightmare, but it is finaly behind me. To all other best of luck Sadly not, because October was start of new fiscal year for USCIS and the case number changes, so i didnt download them.
  17. These are only NOA1 cases that are still open for each month. (as of today)
  18. That is good news. But sadly there are plenty of cases that get denied after months of waiting. Last week there was one case from September 2020 that got denied. No RFE nothing, just got swiched from NOA1 to Case denied. That must be heartbreaking for those people. 22 Months of waiting pure horror.
  19. Sadly not, there is significant drop in processing this month, around 25% less than last month across all ranges. Last two weeks have be abysmal, and are 2 slowest weeks in last 3 Months. Probably people on holidays. But on bright side, there are new cases that just got approved/processed after working hours. so there is more than in earlier scans
