    Unfortunately They are 3.5 half months, I have no idea why it takes so long to respond for RFE R , They just ignore it , It is not important for them , They have no idea about our feelings 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

    It is still a lot of cases left , Plus march cases too .It seems another 2more months , Plus NVC 6 to 8 weeks or depend of country embasy . It means pretty much 2 years for fiancee visa

    I m so sorry , I exactly feel What you feel ,I m very angry about whole process taking forever ,It doesnt make sense ,If They want it ,They finish March and April in a week, obviously They dont wanna do it , I thought same thing ,Fly to California center and find in charge person and complain about situation but You have to have an appointment , The only way is just wait for now ,It can be another 2 or 3 months or 2 or 3 weeks who knows . Nobody hear our voice nobody care how we suffer everyday .

    Are you in group 72000 ? They go very slow with group 72000, I always see it ,They only check 1 case every 2 or 3 days in our group , It seems ,It will take another 2 more months to check our case This is a nightmare

    I have been waiting 16.5 months ,I m April filers 2021 . When I inquiry my case ,They say ,we still processing your case and we arent able to give you timeframe. .

    Hi , What kind of request you put in , I have been calling them and They say to me , You have to wait , It has been 107 day since They receieved my RFE . I did inquiry my case 3 times no result at all . I hope so too .

    Havent you heard anything at all even RFE , If not it seems not right , I m April 8 2021 filers ,I got a RFE but yours is crazy and not fair ,My group is 72000 , How do you see it which group they work on it .Hopefully I will see a lawyer on Thursday ,I will ask him couple questions ,I will let you know .

    Anyone has same issue like me or expeirence , I m April 8 2021 K1 visa petitioner , I got a RFE April 12 2022 and They received back my respond RFE'R April 26 2022 , It has been 103 day , I havent heard anything yet , I should get a lawyer or what else i can do . I call them many many times but it is useless ,Inquried the case ,it s useless , I appreciate for any advice . Thank You All .

    They dont care at all , I have done anything so far but still nothing ,What a mess , It shouldnt be bad , have a family and kids , They make everything diffucult , Me and my fiance are waiting for 16 months and She cries every single day ,This is torturing her and me .I called them many many times USCIS and talked to agents ,They are useless , I asked to talk Tier 2 agent , They said ok and put me on call list ,They were supposed to call me within 3 days but It has been 2 weeks nobody call me at all .
