Yes, this is the link to the March chart. Several people in March asked for access and are updating it how daily.

I've always wondered, what does "other action" mean in the chart? Adding it with the approved/RFE/denied equals the total, but is other action just codeword for in-progress?

Submitted case inquiry for outside normal processing today.

USCIS will review and process the request.

Expect a reply by December 22, 2021.

.. and so the waiting game continues. 😣🤞🙏

In progress/waiting, name updated, birthdate updated, withdrawn, transferred to new office with jurisdiction, etc. All of it is lumped together but the vast majority are waiting to be processed and just say “case received” right now

Does anyone here get the approval?

As of Sunday when the chart was last run:

104 approvals (all very sporadic)

21 RFEs

3373 still waiting

I’ll run it again this coming Sunday

Been awfully busy lately.  Can’t believe it’s December already.   Although, there’s still a lot of March cases not approved yet, I’m kinda hopeful that ours is just around the corner. 😊

thanks everyone who’s been checking the cases… I’m just lurking around.  😁 Can’t wait to see the first approval for the April peeps. 🤞🏼

I dont understand why the process of K1 Visa takes more time than before. 🥺

when I sent our papers to the USCIS, I thought I will meet my partner this Xmas 🥺

We really want to settle down. 🙏 wish everything come soon and come true for all of us!

Hello everyone!

First time posting. It's nice to see there's forums that support each other!

I only thought of looking because we are getting desperate and I learned a lot by reading the posts.

We are not really on the April filter, but we are still awaiting for NOA2.

To give you some insight: We sent Jan 29 2021

NOA1 March 13 2021

Our receipt number are in the 49xxx

We sent the form for "unusual time" thing, and they told us last week that we will receive something in 45days (but I was told that this generic message and it's not reliable, too, and can wait so much longer) hopefully it's calendar days and not business days

We didn't even receive any RFE

I don't know if it is because the California service center takes longer... I don't know. Maybe I am missing something...

I know lots of file after us have already got their NOA2 or interviews. I hope we are just the unusual case and it is not that long for the rest of you!!

this page has the audacity to tell me that my estimated approval time is February 21,22   you better not play with my me.

Hate to burst the bubble, but it's probably going to be longer than that. Look at the March crew - only last week did we start, and there's only 13 working days left in December. This week will tell a lot about what's realistic or not, but it's looking pretty depressing.

If you check your estimated date routinely you'll see it will continue to be pushed back. on friday when i checked mine the latest date was 1/4 and this morning it's 1/8. when i first submitted, it was october/november. it's definitely frustrating.
