    hey guys, I have not applied yet for green card or work authorization, but I was wondering do they have to be filed at the same time or can i file them separately... I wanted to file for work authorization this month and green card next month just so I dont run thin on money.

    hey guys, after being over two weeks on IN TRANSIT, I emailed the embassy, asking them whether they have received my case.... the next day I got an email from the embassy, stating that appointment is ready end everything was ready..... so if your case is IN TRANSIT for awhile, you as a US citizen dont hesitate to email the embassy, and attach a copy of the letter from NVC, and let them know that you are waiting anxiously... It worked for me

    hey guys, my case is in transit for three weeks now, is there anything I should be doing to get this moving faster, or do I just wait till it says ready?

    NOA 1, April 26 NOA 2, June the 17th NVC case number today July 19

    a got approved today, NOA April 26 long wait, so depressing but at least I have some peace now.

    im so pissed that im not even sure how to react..... I cant believe it has taken so long... and they dont seem in a hurry or not bothered by the fact that we got lied about how long it would take.... yes im you using the F word, F it.. F it again and again.

    im confused, even the first question .... 1. I am filing this form on behalf of: Myself as the beneficiary. 2 Another individual who is the beneficiary. what the heck is that, im the sponsor .... and signing says beneficiary I dont see for the sponsor to sign..... and questions mostly are for the beneficiary, unlike the old version.... I dont get it.... for e second i thought i had a wrong form.....

    im looking into filling out the I-134, just so i have it ready whenever i get approved, the new version seems pretty complicated

    Hey guys, need your input, during the Covid year 2020, I lived with my fiancé, so the whole year It was Covid she worked in her country i did not, 2021 I got back to the us in April, and applied for K1 visa, and May I got a job, from May to December my IRS income shows income to be $25,760( year 2021), we have a boy, so a household of 3, the boy is a US citizen... also after application I started a new JOB in October of last year that I make around 50k annual..... my W2 for last year 2021 is going to show only 25,760 do I Need a sponsor or am I Good. I own my house, I have no debt of any kind.
