Apparently they reached a plea agreement.

We shall see.  Not sure if the family has any say in a plea deal, or the judge, but it is a tough spot with both of the accused being 15 or under.

i really dont care about their ages, they should have been prosecuted and punished as adults. now that guy who died, his life meant nothing to these human scum.

We've had several similar cases happen in Baltimore now. All young teens, murdered people in carjackings gone wrong. It seems to be a new type of gang initiation. 

 

I don't think society has considered how a child should pay for the most grievous of crimes.

Apparently in DC it is a plea bargain that involves juvenile detention until they are 21.
