What progress are March filers seeing?

We filed on March 15 (NOA1 dated April 7) and have heard nothing since.

They have had our case for 4.5 months...and no biometrics letter, nothing.

I've seen firsthand a March filer get their green card already.  And tons of March filers have biometrics done or already have their interview.

Heck, I just looked at the May filer thread and see that many there are getting biometrics.

Anyone know what, if anything, we can do to get our AoS moving?

I can see most of March filers are getting their biometric. You may get soon too.

I was in the exact same boat as you and decided to expedite the AP case due to a legitimate travel need. I also have EAD and GC cases. This triggered the Bio appointment letter 5 days later and we did a walk in on day 6. No idea how long the cases will sit now, but at least it's progress. I also emailed my US Representative and asked for assistance, hoping for some positive results from that.

Randomly decided to ask Emma agent about my biometrics, and was told it's scheduled for August 3 in Maryland. No letter in the mail yet and I can't see any PDF files on the USICS website that I could print out. The agent referred me to a Tier 2 agent that would call in 3 business days, which might be after the appointment. I'm currently in Chicago. Any advice?

They likely won't let you in without the appointment letter. Unless you can get a copy somehow, might not be worth it to fly.

One person was successful in getting walk in without appointment. If ASC is  nearby try walk in. What maximum they can say ? 2nd option you have to fly  you can afford. 3rd wait for officer to call back and wait for them to set up different date..

The case status online for my wife's I-485 shows a blank Case Status and the Case History tab shows "Invalid date" with no other text. Has anyone had any issues like this before? All my other receipts have "Case Was Received  MONTH, DD, YYYY"

Wondering if I should dig into this as we have not got any notification for biometrics.

This happened to me as well when I looked under my uscis account cases. But when I queried the case number on the USCIS website without logging in, it showed fine. Try that.
Regardless, the bio notification came anyway and the case now shows the new correct status under my account.

For those who have done their biometrics already, Is your case status "Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken" too?

Mine has been like that since the biometrics, but I saw some people's cases were "Ready to be scheduled for the interview."

I am not sure how long I should wait more for the status to be updated like that :(

This is happening to my husband too.

Hi everyone, I am looking for your help with my EAD expedite request.

I filed my request 20 days ago after having my biometrics done. My case reflect that my expedite request has been received, but I haven't heard back from them on requesting additional information for this.

I currently have a job offer and they have been patient enough to wait for me, but they will not wait for long.

Has anyone else been in this position? If so, what have they don to get USCIS to respond?

Thank you in advance for your help!
