  1. Hi everyone! So my interview has been scheduled for November 5th! Which are great news! However, I moved to Texas by the beginning of September, I filed my change of address accordingly and have the confirmation emails to prove it. Nonetheless, USCIS didn't take note on my request of change of address and scheduled my interview in the Philadelphia Office. I called USCIS and the agent was not really helpful, he said it was up to me to determine if I should go to the interview and it would be up to the official interviewing me if they wanna carry out the interview or they would redirect me to the Texas office. Has anyone been in the same position as me? If so, what have you guys done about it? Did you go to the interview or tried rescheduling? The only thing I am afraid about rescheduling is that it might take a very long time to get the interview again. Thanks in advance for your feedback!
  2. Hi March Filers! For those who got their interview scheduled, I have a question - My case just changed to "Interview Scheduled", but I haven't got the physical email with the appointment letter. In your experience, how long does this usually takes to arrive after this notice?
  3. I already have an expedite request for the work permit is it possible to file another one for the AP?
  4. It's the combo card or whatever. What should I do?
  5. Hi everyone, as of today my brother is in the ICU due a surgery he had and he seems to be in a very delicate state. I already filed an expedite request but haven't heard from USCIS, I need to go to my country to check in my family. I already did my biometrics and I am just waiting for their response. What should I do? Can somebody advise on this? Thanks.
  6. Hi everyone, I am looking for your help with my EAD expedite request. I filed my request 20 days ago after having my biometrics done. My case reflect that my expedite request has been received, but I haven't heard back from them on requesting additional information for this. I currently have a job offer and they have been patient enough to wait for me, but they will not wait for long. Has anyone else been in this position? If so, what have they don to get USCIS to respond? Thank you in advance for your help!
  7. My case just got updated to "Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview" and they received my expedite request for the EAD. Got an email saying they took action on my case, but cannot see any updates. At least I know my case is moving.
  8. Update, I got my biometrics appointment in the mail yesterday for July 12. Hope all March filers get theirs soon!
  9. I recently got my courtesy letter for deficiency of my medal records/vaccine. Hopefully this means my case is moving? Any one with any idea what this means for my case? Thanks!
  10. This is so helpful! I understand your feeling! Silly question, how did you locate your Rep? I will try this, I don't want to miss this opportunity! Thanks in advance for your help!
  11. Hi everyone, I am in the process of getting hired by a company in the States but I haven't got my EAD yet or haven't even got my biometrics taken. I already have my NOA, but still waiting for my BIO appointment letter. Does anyone knows if there is a way to expedite this? I called USCIS but they said that it has to be a job in the medical fields, I need to have a medical reason or be in the military. I do not want to lose this opportunity as it is an extremely good job, I'd appreciate in advance everybody's comment on this.
