Mine has been saying actively being reviewed since feb 16, 2021, no movement since.

Mine were just on received from the time I filed.  Then it switched to Actively Reviewing, Nothing Outstanding and within about 4 hours an approved NOA2 showed up under "Documents".  The status didn't update to approved until a day later.  So I guess if your status is Actively Reviewing, keep checking in "Documents" for the approval notice since that may update before the status does.

My I-130 petition for my husband has been under review since February 24th 2021, we filled in January 2020. I am very anxious since I read this forum and everyone has received their approval very fast after the case is under review. Any input ?

filed jan 2021 actively reviewed feb 24th as well and no update since. i’ve been checking 1-3 times a day driving myself crazy over it. guess we just have to be patient.

My case is being actively reviewed again after April 22nd , and now may 10th again. What does this mean or have to say?

Mine changed to actively being reviewed on April 13th, no change since. I wish this would be quick but my luck it will take 2 years.

Any update? Did it get approved? Mine said activity reviewed again so I’m not sure what happens next and how long till approval
