I always thought that local government agencies were terrible, but now I know the feds are the worst.

According to the letter I got from USCIS, my priority date for my spousal visa is May 10, 2021 at Potomac. I've been seeing the actively reviewing status since June 1, 2021. There's been no change since then, and that's starting to freak me out a bit.

My case is almost the same. It is being reviewed since June 9 2021

I hope that's a good sign for us. I honestly didn't expect any movement this quickly, so I wouldn't be surprised if it takes a good bit longer. If that's the case, though, it will be frustrating being stuck showing that the case is being reviewed for such an extended period.

We will just have to be patient. I think checking this website every day is what is causing us to be not patient. It's kind of like telling kids to get off their phones. ;') Both NVC and USCIS processing times have gone up recently.  Mines been "actively reviewing" since Jan. 12th. PD 12-21-20

Yeah! I did not receive any email when the status changed. I noticed when I check on July that on June 9th it changed for " being reviewed"

This wait is terribly difficult to bear it. My case too is being reviewed since June 21st.

I filed for my step daughter I130 online and this morning it got approved. I was able to download the approval notice from the documents tab.

Service center : Nebraska
