Mine said activity reviewed again so I’m not sure what happens next and how long till approval

No way to predict.  Ours took a day or so from Actively Reviewed to Approved.  But I've seen reports in this thread and others where it took months until approval.

Mine were just on received from the time I filed.  Then it switched to Actively Reviewing, Nothing Outstanding and within about 4 hours an approved NOA2 showed up under "Documents".  The status didn't update to approved until a day later.  So I guess if your status is Actively Reviewing, keep checking in "Documents" for the approval notice since that may update before the status does.

Exactly the same for me. The status became Actively Reviewing on a Friday and when I happened to look a few hours later under Documents tab the approved NOA2 was already there while the status was still on Reviewing. The status only switched to Approved three days later on the Monday.
