Do you think there is even a 1% chance there will be more IL's tomotrow?

I honestly do. In the faq it’s stated if the month isn’t full than there is a probability of more letters

Can't they sign an affidavit with a notary and you bring that to the CRBA appointment?  I remember reading about that in the CRBA form.

This is what we ended up doing- just waiting still (less then 48 hours until the interveiw) for the signed papers to arrive via overnight UPS😅

Update: My husband crossed the border yesterday morning. The rainbow bridge border was totally empty. It was really easy 2 mins, they didn't even ask my husband to get out of car. Just took the passport, asked him where he is staying and he said welcome to America. No secondary, no additional interviews. We are now in NY, waiting for his SSN and green card. Got our vaccination shots today which is nice. Hopefully soon we will get the card and we can go back to wrap things up in Toronto.

Good luck to everyone.

Congrats. What were the requirements re Covid? Did your husband provide positive Covid test results and was required to quarantine?

Thank you! I called the border and was told that if you drive, then there is no Covid test required. So we literally just drove through the border as we would before covid times. We are in NY, and there is no quarantine requirements here, so we are all out and about. It's really nice to be out of Canada :)

As of right now, they are still accepting the 2019 taxes because the 2020 tax season is extended into May :)

Aha I knew it was in there! I've removed the duplicate under interview process.

Odd question here ...  What are the interview officers wearing?  Do they wear police style uniforms?

Normal office wear. My interviewer was wearing a button down shirt and pants and he had a fun pattern on his mask (if I remember correctly it was ice cream sandwiches haha).
